They constantly come up with fake excuses not to fill my wifes medication, and they won't answer the phone. Spent over an hour and 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone, still no answer. Too lazy to do their job.

Rude customer service. Asked for a discount on a damaged scratched up Walgreens brand water bottle. A Lady working in photo cut us off asking and said no. We then asked the guy at the register. He laughed and said “why because it’s scratched?” Of course because it’s scratched. Nobody working there gave a single bother. Classic Florida people.

I’ve been to a Walgreens many times but until today didn’t know I could drop off a FedEx package there. I really appreciate this service. The clerks were all friendly and helpful.

This is the most efficient, friendly Walgreens Pharmacy that I have ever been to. Pharmacist Deb was super helpful on the phone, and then was able to help with a new issue we had when we came for pick up. We were so grateful for the spectacular customer service. 🙏

The absolutely rudest cashier I have ever dealt with. She needs to be fired for their reputation sake. If this was my regular Walgreens I would definitely go to CVS. I will not be back unless absolutely necessary. Ordered us to empty our basket of 5 candy items and sunscreen. Scanned them, put them in a bag, and just looked at us. We knew to do the credit transaction then just laid the receipt on the bags and did not say a word. No thank you for shopping with us, no have a good night, nothing! Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and needs to find a new job without customer contact or customer service. A real piece of work! I checked and receipt does not have name of cashier or I would paste her name all over the place. Anyone who goes there, GOOD LUCK!

Take THE FALSE & MISLEADING PROPAGANDA DOWN FROM THE WEBSITE! YOU PROMISE FREE AND LOW COST SERVICES, YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO HONOR THEM! INSTEAD YOU HAVE SICK PEOPLE COMING INTO YOUR STORE FOR HELP JUST TO TELL THEM THEY HAVE a 100$ fee ON A FREE SERVICE! This is not a good business

Today we went to get our prescriptions and was welcomed with the new pharmacist, I didn't get his name unfortunately but let me say how wonderful he is , very caring and polite and professional, we say thank you and good luck to you, also may I say thank you to carmin and Sonya they both go the extra mile for us!!
