Horrible experience returning a one size fits all cover up and pants. Tried items on at home (didn’t wear them- no sunscreen or perfume because I’m allergic to both!!!!!) Don’t recommend buying here. Was going to go back and get pants and a few dresses but definitely not now. As someone that frequently visits the island I’m disappointed in the service here. Obviously such bad business in the summer they have to refuse returns. Gross. The woman working was also curt and quite rude:

I purchased a very cute pair of earrings from here and then decided to return them. (The posted return policy next to their register stated within 10 days and with your receipt.) When returning them, I was verbally told all jewelry sales were final and that it was on my receipt. I respect policies but if all jewelry sales are final, why isn’t that posted in the store somewhere? It was not! Once you get the receipt, it’s a little too late. I tried to explain this to the owner of the store as well as the reason I was returning was because I didn’t realize the price on them until after I got them back to my hotel. I will own that, I should have paid more attention…however she very rudely told me it was my job to know the price of the jewelry as well as the policy. I told her she was rude and she then proceeded to fold my receipt, place it back in my bag, told me she has to be forceful and with “people like me” and then said “Have a nice trip home”. She was rude and very unprofessional to a customer and in front of other customers. Another friend of mine said she also visited this boutique on a separate occasion and felt like she was treated rudely as well! Will not shop here again!
As a response to the owner below, I will mention again, the policy at the register did not match the policy on the receipt! NO where in the store did it say that jewelry sales were final! Additionally, I only became assertive once the owner was rude with me as I tried to explain that policies did not match! They do have some very cute merchandise but being rude and lying will deter me from ever shopping there again!

Beautiful boutique . Upscale, beachy vibe clothes. Bought a stunning lil dress and necklace. Associate is extremely friendly! I'd shop there daily if I could. Highly recommend.

Beach Daisy was one place in this particular plaza, out of 5 other boutiques, where I felt acknowledged & the ladies were there to support, finding outfits that would be suitable for my upcoming event..

Disappointed that they openly mocked my young daughter and I. Husband is happy because it save us many hundreds of dollars.It pays to be nice to people. Your loss for being snotty and rude.

Beach Daisy is by far my favorite boutique! Kathy carries unique brands of everything a lady needs . . . jewelry, shoes, bags, & clothing. Her customer service is exceptional, too!

This store is so incredibly beautiful with gorgeous things inside. The prices are great too, and the stuff is excellent quality. Besides for the great stuff in the store, Nancy is the kindest and most helpful person ever. She truly has a huge passion for her job and her customers. She was so helpful finding my mom a pair of earing and myself a pair of shoes. She went above and beyond with her level of exceptional service. Also, it was St. Paddy's Day and she warmed my heart so much when she overed my 4 year old girl her shamrock necklace right off her neck. My little girl still talks about Nancy, you made her so happy. Check out this treasure filled store and look for Nancy. See you next year, we will return

I scanned the weather a few days before we headed south. Unfortunately the weather was 10 degrees off what I planned so my wardrobe needed more hot weather items. This store was just the place to go for unique items you don’t find in other stores. I found two great outfits and some accessories. The salespeople and the owner are fun to chat with too. I did have to return one item and their 14 day return policy was honored. Tip: Leave the husbands at the pool. You’ll want to take your time looking around.
