I bought over $10,000 worth of appliances along with an extended warranty from this location. The Samsung refrigerator failed within the warranty period and Bill Smith has been no help getting the repair being made. Over 8 weeks with so much as an any assistance getting Samsung to make good on the warranty. Over 20 calls and hours wasted waiting for service people. Their line is Samsung service sucks but not our problem. Go anywhere else and don't buy Samsung

walked in todqy 8/25/2023 first of all the employee was rude in addition I walked going to buy 3300 in appliances i gave the man at the desk what I was looking for he did not leave his computer but began searching for what I was looking for I suggested that if you can offer other deals or ask me what Im looking for just ask the i waited for 35 mins ( i did bring a list of items i was looking for) so i browesed around for 35 mins he did not offer any suggestions or offers and here you go based on your list this what I have. REALLY are you kidding me this person not only was not rude and impersonable and suggest any labor day sales to try to save a customer. Im moving to a new home and needed new appliances will never recommend this company I was treated like shit.. zero for bill smith employee.. wish i got his name left totally pissed off oh and by the way he did NOT offer any ideas or other products he sat on his fat ass on the computer trying to match what i was looking at

Went in looking for new dishwasher. An African American waited in us. 0 personality could have cared less if we bought or not. So we took our business elsewhere. Tryed to support our island. Very sad!

NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM this store!!!!! They're selling lemons!!!! SUPER RUDE customer service managers! Faulty fridge created the cockroach infestation twice! Was due to the defective icemaker leaking water twice! Replaced it twice: still leaking. Won't replace the fridge. Parade of incredibly rude techs but a few were nice. Job not taken care of completely. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I will never do business with this company again. Multiple problems and customer service is viewed as a revenue stream with little or no regard for customer satisfaction. I think Lowes does a better job!!!

We ordered new Cafe appliances from Bills. We knew the wait would be long and that was fine. Our issue was with the installation. The installer botched our newly painted kitchen cabinets and the flooring around the dishwasher. We were told by Bills it wasn't their responsibility (even though we hired Bills to do the work and they subcontracted it out- not us). The sub keeps giving us the run around saying he will come repair the damages, but has not showed up to do so it's been 5 months.

I have tried multiple times to use this store for the purchase of major appliances but everytime I go in to BUY an appliance nobody speaks to me. I will never go back. Don't waste your time here, they are the worst.

We wanted to upgrade our refrigerator and thought why not shop local at Bill Smith Appliance on Marco Island. We went in during season and found that most models needed to be ordered, so we picked a model that the store already had on order coming in soon. Like most products ordered these days, the refrigerator did not arrive until after season. We were back north and the house was shuttered for storms. We accepted delivery and paid the invoice in full for product, delivery and setup, and installation. The refrigerator was left in the garage and we were told verbally and with a written note that setup and installation would occur when we returned, just give them a call. Now after our arrival, with stopping in the showroom 3 times and calling often the salesperson stated we would be in the schedule and gave us 3 different days of install dates. Never happened! They keep stating we should return to the showroom in 3 more days to recheck on the statuses. Found out all deliveries and installs are 3rd party contractors. We managed to find someone on our own to help move the refrigerator inside and installed it ourselves! The installation and setup fee has not been refunded despite us asking for it to be. There is a reason for this rating. I purchased a dishwasher that doesn't heat up, therefore doesn't dry and barely gets things clean. After frustrating back and forth with management, I gave up. They are super friendly when your are making a purchase, after that, they don't want to know you.

I cannot express any greater dissatisfaction with an appliance store for Sales and Service. We bought a Bosch Coffee Machine from BS less than year ago. It has worked less than 50% of the time and Bill Smith repair cannot figure out how to repair it. We have a newly constructed home and they have come and taken the machine away for repair leaving a hole in our wall. They then brought it back and had someone else come into our home for repair. They said "we will order you a new machine" 6 months ago. We are still waiting. No one there cares about the quality of their service. I wish I would have gone elsewhere than BS. All around bad experience!

My experience with Bill Smith Appliances here on Marco Island has been nothing less than stellar! Since moving down here almost four years ago, I have purchased a chest freezer, microwave, dishwasher and now a new electric range, and each experience is better than the last. John at the Marco store is knowledgable, courteous, experienced and personable. Most importantly, they are a service-oriented company that deliver beyond expectations, a rare commodity in today’s world of supply chain disruptions and uncaring big box stores. Buy loval. Highly recommended!
