Terrible car wash. Half the car got soap. The washing brushes didn't even touch the car. Bird poop still on my window and half the car got dry.

I paid for the basic level car wash today.
But it did NOT even use soap and did NOT leave my vehicle clean.
It was a *car rinse* and certainly NOT a car wash.
I went inside Store and asked for my money back and Ali yelled at me in front of many Customers.
I'm a 70 yr. old Lady and certainly never thought I'd be treated this way.
HORRIBLE CAR WASH!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I'LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS AND I'LL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
IF THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.
This business is NOT representative of Marco Island.
I hope they go out of business.

Never again!
I am a local and frequently wash my car here. This time there was no foam and I went inside to speak to someone. Ali came out and I politely asked if there is a way to check if the automatic equipment is out of chemicals - he said no. As I said what should I do now as my car is still dirty all over he said 'take your car and go home" and added 'go somewhere else to wash your car from now on'! Wow! A local business telling that to a local on Marco ? I've lived here for 16yrs, never seen such rudeness, careless from a manager/owner! You bet your a** you won't see me or my friends spending my dollars here!!

This store is robbing the people of marco they have price on there stuff but they ring it up its not what it says so people watch the register when they ring u up it's ridiculous they should give you what the price says not make it more then what it is people work hard for there money and they are stealing from the people

I went on a MOPED SCOOTER to put gas on it and the machine charged my card for $40 dollars!!! A MOPED SCOOTER that can't even store 1 gallon.

DO TRY TO GET A SIMPLE CAR WASH. THE MACHINE IS BROKEN. IT HAS BEEN BROKEN DOWN AND THE STAFF REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND.

One of the vacuum machine is broken, I went inside nicely (thinking they were not aware). I talked to the blond older lady that was working the morning shift and she told me that there was nothing she could do, that she was not the owner. The owner was right there next to her and completely ignored me when I talked to him. She told me to call the number of the machine (I won't waste my time). I don't care about the $2.00 they charged me, it is the principle that they should have a sign stating that it is out of service or something to warn people it is not working before they pay. Both of them were rude! I will never stop by there again. I am a local for almost 20 years, this is not the costumer service the island is known for.
