“A quiet, beautiful, amenity for Marco Island residents. (There are other beach access points and parking for short-term renters and day visitors.) Amenities for residents include tiki huts, covered picnic areas, grills, a playground, clean restrooms, showers, a grill, Friday fish fries (in season), sand toys, child life preservers, benches, concerts, and more. Residents can purchase short-term passes for visitors (subject to a fee, and the resident must be present). It is one of the benefits of buying a property on the island.”
