One star is too good for this place. It says walk-ins welcome but twice now I have gone in as a walk-in. The one woman cutting hair was more than annoyed that we came in. One came from the back room and said "we are on our break" and people will be coming in. When I became annoyed and reminded them of their business motto of "walk-ins welcome" she got pissy and stormed back to the back room. Another woman came out and reiterated "we can take an appointment". I agree with Ken who reviewed this place as well. Lazy and don't want to work and extremely rude and obnoxious!!!

Be very careful about this Supercuts. They are lazy and nobody seems to want to work. By the way, a simple men's haircut is $35. Any other Supercuts charges in the low $20 range

I've been going here for 5 years. Heidi has always been accommodating and pleasant. I've made appointments and have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. She has made suggestions on changes to my hair style which have gotten compliments. When my mother in law spent time with us, she went to Heidi and my daughter also has gotten styled here! It's multi-generational!

If you're a vacationer and can't get through your month in paradise without hair color....this is the place. I called in the morning and got an appointment within an hour. Colleen was personable and did a great job with the color. I also had my brows waxed and it looks better than what I get at home! All of this at a very reasonable price. There is plenty of parking in the shopping plaza where they are located. Tip: I had my stylist at home print out the Paul Mitchell color formula. So the match was perfect.

Did a walk-in today. Had my pre-Turkeyday haircut and a very nice conversation all in less than 30 minutes. Great, pleasant, prompt and affordable service. I will come back!

If you don't have an appointment you might have to wait a little , but otherwise the service is very good and professional. A very clean cut , I will say if you are looking for a " fade " I recommend asking for the younger stylist.

Dishonest and rude. I called before i went over. Told there was no one waiting and didn't need a reservation. I immediately got in my car and arrived 5 minutes later. There were 2 stylists, 2 people in the chairs and 2 more waiting..... Ok... I was there. The first waiting person was called...... Ahhhhh only one to go. The second was called .... Ahhhhh my turn next. Another customer walks in ... I was told she had a reservation and would be next. On top of this I found both stylist who were there very rude and abrupt. My recommendation is to go someplace else. My recommendation two management has to talk to all of your staff and tell them to get their act together and not lie to their customers

Terrible waited an hour to get a rushed haircut that I wasn't happy with I'm a local and I've been going here for a while and I'm never coming back! Southern lady was rude also

Terrible. They want walk ins but allow all employees to schedule hair coloring at the same time. Had to wait 50 minutes for a 7 minute hair cut.
