The Marco Island CVS is wonderful. The employees are hardworking and friendly. The store is spotless. The pharmacy employees are very efficient, caring people. They are always very helpful!

Horrible pharmacy and customer service.On top of waiting for 1.5 hours for a medicine for my sick mother, the Manager Alfredo C. said wait another 15 minutes or go somewhere else. What a unprofessional medical ethics toward a sick patient. Unbelievable.

I had a great experience here. The lady even told me about the local places I should go visit while I was here in Florida. She helped me find exactly what I needed and was very prompt and very friendly. She was very good at helping me, find exactly what I needed, and even recommended things that I could possibly use while traveling that I didn’t think of. She truly went above and beyond.

CVS in Marcio Island has the worst customer service ever. They don't answer calls and place you on hold for a hour before they disconnect. I have asked them several times to not refill scripts as I travel and need to fill scripts at different locations. My profile specifically states no Auto refill yet every month they auto refill. I spent a half hour complaining to corporate who put me on hold in an effort to contact the Marco Island Pharmacist however they couldn't get them to answer either. I think Its time to switch to Walgreens.

The worst pharmacy ever! Every single time I call the pharmacy it's a minimum of an hour wait. In addition multiple times or attempts end in CVS disconnecting the call. Why don't they centralize the call center obviously CVS doesn't have nearly enough staff to conduct business!
