CVS in Marcio Island has the worst customer service ever. They don't answer calls and place you on hold for a hour before they disconnect. I have asked them several times to not refill scripts as I travel and need to fill scripts at different locations. My profile specifically states no Auto refill yet every month they auto refill. I spent a half hour complaining to corporate who put me on hold in an effort to contact the Marco Island Pharmacist however they couldn't get them to answer either. I think Its time to switch to Walgreens.

The worst pharmacy ever! Every single time I call the pharmacy it's a minimum of an hour wait. In addition multiple times or attempts end in CVS disconnecting the call. Why don't they centralize the call center obviously CVS doesn't have nearly enough staff to conduct business!

After receiving a coupon from SingleCare for the shingles vaccine I went onto the CVS web site to schedule the vaccine. I originally called the CVS at Collier & 41 - Zip Code 34114, to confirm that my SingleCare coupon for the shingles vaccine was valid. The woman at that CVS pharmacy was so rude. I gave her all of the #'s on the coupon card and she said she needed some # that did not exist. So I called SingleCare and they confirmed my coupon for the shingles vaccine to be redeemed at CVS. I tried to call this CVS back repeatedly and they would not answer the telephone.So I now canceled that CVS vaccine appointment and rescheduled for CVS on Marco Island. I arrived on time & showed the lady at the pharmacy the SingleCare coupon for CVS. She appeared to be typing in all of the #s and then told me that "SingleCare rejected the coupon, and that I should call them."So when I arrived home I called them. I was told that CVS never entered he coupon, and that if it was rejected it would have shown up on my account as rejected. So I started this process all over again & I got a SingleCare shingles vaccine coupon to redeem at Walmart.I went to Walmart his morning and had exceptional service and received my shingles vaccine successfully!I am never ever going back to CVS.

Great supplies for beach stay - flip flops, sun screen, hats, travel sized supplies, and all the other things you'd expect at a pharmacy. Stopped there 3 times during our stay and all staff were friendly, too.

CVS on Marco Island tried to charge my 88 year old mother who is on Medicare $65 for a flu shot. Medicare pays for flu shots. My mom ended up going to Walgreens and there was no charge. CVS pharmacy staff do not appear to be adequately trained. This is a serious problem when medications are involved.

I really like the lighting inside this store. It's subdued and somewhat dim, you don't see that very often.Nowadays, all stores have to have the brightest LED's imaginable with the force of a thousand suns blaring in your face because corporate wants to make absolutely sure you can read the oh-so important fine print on a bag of Skittles. But this CVS is different. Their lighting helps create a really calm atmosphere, it's like the basement from That '70s Show. Don't ever change it.
