Went to pick up my prescription grabbed two other items that I needed when I got to the counter to get my prescription The woman at the counter said she'd only ring in my prescription not the other items I said it's just two items She said there's a long line of people waiting I said I understand that because I was just in that line now I have to go wait up front and align for these two items by the time we had this conversation she could have scanned my two other items I said her customer service was terrible and she told me I could go someplace else then can you imagine telling your customer they don't care go someplace else horrible this woman should be fired ASAP

Very odd that CVS has 3 separate sections at the pharmacy, PICK-UP, CONSULTATION AND DROP-OFF. I went there for a consultation, stood behind a woman at the counter. People in the pickup line came over a squeezed in from of me.I said, excuse me but I'm in the consultation line. They said, there's only one line, you have to get in the pickup line and the person at THAT counter has to tell you age can't help you and send you to the other lines. How totally ridiculous is this and a total waste of everyone that's in the stores time, including pharmacy staff.CVS you need to put signage I'm the area for SEPERATE lines to save a lot of time. SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMER'S ARE TOO CLUELESS TO FIGURE IT OUT ON THEIR OWN.

I've been transferred from the Winn Dixie recently closed pharmacy and find that the people are doing the best they can. So many people come here from other places and expect it to be seamless. Think about us poor locals that put up this the delays that unknowing snowbirds put on our little island. Pack some understanding when you come here or better yet, bring your prescriptions with you and there will be no problems for us or you.

During my visit to Marco Island, I unfortunately encountered an inconvenience at the CVS store. Having sustained an injury that necessitated wound care after a visit to the ER, I sought to purchase additional supplies. Despite arriving at the CVS location at 10:48 pm, well before the posted closing time of 11:00 pm, I found the door locked, and the cashiers were in the process of closing the till for the night. Regrettably, they declined any purchases for the evening, citing operational constraints within business hours. Consequently, I had to travel to Walgreens north of the island to fulfill my requirements.

Horrible situation, can't speak to someone about a prescription, they won;t honor GoodRx, and their staff is literally new every day, nobody takes ownership and nobody in management realizes that THOUSANDS of vacationers come through and this store gets hammered. They have routinely mistaken my prescription cream 5% and they substitiute the BRAND at 0.5% which costs $950. Then when I question them to LOOK AT THE SCRIPT IT'S 5% they go, oh, sorry we made a mistake. BUT THIS HAPPENED TWICE IN A ROW> I"mDONE WITH THIS PLACE AND WILL DRIVE ANYWHERE OFF THIS GODFORSAKEN ISLAND TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED ACCURATELY!!!!

CVS in Marcio Island has the worst customer service ever. They don't answer calls and place you on hold for a hour before they disconnect. I have asked them several times to not refill scripts as I travel and need to fill scripts at different locations. My profile specifically states no Auto refill yet every month they auto refill. I spent a half hour complaining to corporate who put me on hold in an effort to contact the Marco Island Pharmacist however they couldn't get them to answer either. I think Its time to switch to Walgreens.

This pharmacy is truly not a pharmacy. It's a bus station, tchotchke souvenir shop and Gods' waiting room combined into an aggressively pushed vaccine center. The worst of the worst. They will ignore doctors' phone calls, electronic prescriptions, patient messages, etc and they never answer the phones.I decided to do a little detective work and I just went in person on a recent Friday morning to drop off the prescription from my other doctor. To my shock there were about 6 people, all different staff and assistants, working furiously in the pharmacy. Not a phone was ringing because I guess they have the lines turned off. They were all busy pushing vaccines, a lady over there lined up waiting for a shingles shot, another one wanting a COVID booster. About 7 people waiting in line to pick up or drop off, and a lady cut in the line--she says by mistake, yeah right, and she was wearing a huge N95 mask where nobody here wears masks anymore--in front of an older man and a small fight/argument erupted. It was a zoo. Thank you snowbirds, about 45,000 of you come down to Marco Island from the northern states and get your Rx transferred to this CVS. As a national chain it's easy for you, in theory, but a local pharmacy cannot absorb this level of volume for 5 months and then swing wildly back to serving a population of maybe 25,000---and this creates the bottlenecks. Snowbirds, get your Rx from your home pharmacy and bring a 90+ day supply with you. So, from now on, I'm going to the local or supermarket pharmacies where they tend to take care of LOCALS not hordes of snowbirds fighting/screaming at each other and tourists. And my prescription took 3 days to be ready. Buy Bye CVS.

The worst pharmacy ever! Every single time I call the pharmacy it's a minimum of an hour wait. In addition multiple times or attempts end in CVS disconnecting the call. Why don't they centralize the call center obviously CVS doesn't have nearly enough staff to conduct business!

Very unprofessional staff. Pharmacy technician Bryce is a joke and told me he could redo my Rx right away and give me a 90 day prescription (which I requested which I called in the Rx). Made me wait 30 min while he continued to fill Rx for people not even in the store or waiting on their Rx. Then when I questioned him about how much longer, he acted as if I had asked him to reinvent the wheel, and still took his time about doing it. Pitiful!!!

I am visiting Marco Island for two months. Last Wednesday, my script for adderall was due to be filled. My doctor had sent the script to a Pittsburgh Cvs where I normally get the meds. Since I had no one to pick it up for me, my doctor was kind enough to send the script electronically to Marco Island CVS. I was so happy! I went Wednesday to pick it up and was told it was on back order. They would special order for me and would be ready Friday or Monday. I had 3 automated phone calls saying it would be ready Monday afternoon. So I called the CVS Saturday afternoon to check. I was told that it was still back ordered. They did not know when or if they would ever get in. They said the automated system was wrong. Yes they use several manufacturers but they are all out of my dosage. Also there were supposedly many people ahead of me that needed this medication as well. Was told to go to another pharmacy. Period. No other choices. They were not going to help me in any way. I was in shock. When I said that I was told by another employee that it would be filled she said ‘well it wasn’t me. ‘ Luckily, my CVS in Pittsburgh still had the original script from October. They filled it in a half an hour. My sister will pick it up tomorrow and Fed Ex it to me. This CVS sucks! They discriminate and don’t care at all about the health and well being of their customers. I should have paid attention to all the one star reviews. One star is too good for this place. Close your doors and ask the Lord to forgive your treatment of others.
