I’ve lived on Marco for 11 years and never had such a negative experience. Manager (old guy with blue eyes) is a racist who makes threats when confronted about his racism.Take your business elsewhere.Do you make a habit of slandering all those who leave negative reviews? I came in for service last week & was treated poorly by the aforementioned manager. If I’m writing this review without having had service, that is the reason! I don’t even speak Spanish! Absurd.

Twice in one week ,while on vacation, had issues with 2 different vans, fearing the worse , David and the team resolved my issues, professionally ,timely and affordable, thanks again. I strongly recommend them for your auto service.

Got an oil change and not even halfway home I broke down and there was no oil in my car, luckily a state trooper took me to a gas station to get oil, not sure what they did but something wasn’t right, also had to wait two hours for the oil change.

$0 STAR - BEWARE AWFUL SERVICE - Marco Island Bald Eagle Location - Came down on vacation had an issue with a braking sensor. They said they fixed it, issue surfaced again after driving a few miles but was heading home (out of state)..Called back and they said get it fixed once at home, and they would work with us in addition to the warranty return for part and services. Got home made calls, no calls backs. Returned a month later for another trip and stopped by to discuss resolution. Response....nothing we can do. We dont have the part that was replaced and you didnt use our nation wide warranty service partners (which of course was first time it was mentioned even though we said we were taking it to the Acura dealer) ...I do not write reviews but in this case I want to make sure people in similar situations understand what they are dealing with before using their services.....Basically $500 to diagnose and improperly repair or install working part. Car issue was actually fixed by dealership because of a seperate issue dealership diagnosed. Fail across the board from a customer service, diagnosis, and repair perspective. Hope this saves others from similar experience.

Hold on folks & get ready for a rollercoaster of a ride w/ these guys. Was referred to them by a local business man & the first couple times went fine. Our last experience was full of miss communication, bait & switch & over all just treated rudely with a lot of promises yet zero solutions. It’s hard to find quality customer service & even worse that some places try & take advantage of honest people.

Executive Auto has serviced our cars via AAA for years. They have always done so very quickly. They are professional and friendly. When we go to the shop for service the team there is quick, professional and friendly.

I will never use again after using for fifteen years plus. Was treated by an employee so rudely today, I am still shaking. They would not give me owners name. This past week I spent over $ 3500.00 with them. They must be under new ownership. Please let me know who owns this place. No way to speak to a customer and a lady.

In a situation where my car broke down, David at Executive Auto did a great job in getting me towed, having the issue evaluated and providing professional honest advice in a timely manner. Their honesty, professionalism and fairness in pricing for service provided was greatly appreciated and their advice calming in an unsettling situation. I would highly recommend Executive Auto and look forward to their servicing my vehicles in the future. Thank You Executive Auto.

Was considering purchasing an old car just to get to the beach and back. I asked David Ervin to let me know if there were any major concerns to worry about before trying to buy and fix it. He identified a few obvious issues that I already knew. Anyone could see it needed tires, A/C, mold in interior addressed, probably oil change/filters, etc. But, he did not tell me anything about the check engine light. After I paid him, spent money on tires, brakes, a/c, oil, I learned the check engine codes indicated I needed $2k more for that and he never said anything about the noise in the suspension in the back which would be several $k more. Ironically, he called me to tell me that the power was out the day I picked up the car and he must have written my credit card number down wrong, so he had not been able to charge me. As I was getting my credit card to check the numbers, I asked him about the issues I discovered that he should have found in his inspection and I am about to pay him for . He acted completely surprised as to why I would have even thought he would check any of that... (how is it possible that he would not even look at that???) Instead, he said they charge $178 to check codes. Fun fact...I did it for free at O'Reilly's because they let me borrow the device and I googled the codes. Turns out, it needs substantial timing repair. It also needs suspension work in the back, so it is not even worth trying to fix. In response, David got argumentative with me when I questioned why this was not identified during his inspection. I told him I did not want to argue. I was simply trying to help him because I felt he needed to know that his technician overlooked this and I was trying to help. David got more argumentative and defensive at that point, which escalated the conversation to a point of no return. I could not believe it. I would strongly recommend you find somewhere else to take your vehicle for service. But, your car... your money... you make your own decisions. Just know, I have more integrity than he does as I still paid him the full price for the service that he performed that was clearly subpar and inadequate.

My husband and I were headed out of town when the shield underneath the van started dragging. my husband drives from his wheelchair (so there's no front seat). we were in a pickle because we didn't know what we'd do if we had to leave the van to be repaired. the helpful man at the desk took the shield off and didn't charge us - and explained that the part wasn't essential and we could have it replaced later if we wanted. great experience, so kind of him to help us out!

would like to know why you would take advantage of a young mother broke down on the rd keep car 2 days when was told 1 day charged her over a thousand dollars cash gave her no paperwork or receit you should be ashamed of yourself and the word is out on tik tok heard you wont return corbins calls you should be out of buisness
