The office staff is always pleasant on Marco Island anytime I go there for a question is answered within 24 hours or sooner. They go above and beyond any other storage unit I’ve dealt with.

I have rented a unit here for 8 years and the office is always helpful with anything I need and also do daily walks to verify nothing looks out of place and that your unit is locked up.

For renting a 5x5 storage unit it's pricey but the cheapest on Marco Island,Florida. The employees are nice and on property during office hours. The storage security isn't the best due to weak gates in storage units.

We have been using extra space storage since 2022. Today was a wonderful experience with one of their employees, Christina. But first, let me go back to the beginning. We have had a number of storage units over the years. This one is the best! We are on a ground floor. You’re able to drive right up to your unit and put in or take out whatever you need.
Our unit is air-conditioned, which helps to prevent mold in our hot summers. We are on higher ground and we hv never had flooding in our unit. We rarely need anything as the place is well kept and secure, but if we do, the office staff is there for us.
The only downfall is that every six months there’s a price increase. Today we thought we would have to move out of this complex due to the continual price increases!!!!! But we went into the office and spoke with Christina. She appreciated our longevity and worked with upper management to bring down the price. So fortunately, we get to stay at a place that we are extremely happy with versus going to a competitor. Some employees would’ve had us walk away and go elsewhere. Christina showed compassion, and although she was limited in what she could do with price points, she reached out to her supervisor to retain us as customers. So hopefully our nearly 3 year commitment will now turn into maybe a 10 year commitment if they continue to work with us.
Hats off to Christina. I had a personal feeling that she was honest and compassionate, and wanted to find a happy medium between her customer and her company.
