would be zero if possible , The web says fed and state . I wanted to drop and pick up the state only . The greater was fine but the accountant was nasty and said she does not do state forms.I asked why does your web site state that you do and she said 'i dont do them '. We left . Nasty bean counter 0 stars for you

Although fully vaccinated, my husband an end stage COPD’er on 24hr O2 was denied access to the air conditioned office because he is unable to wear a mask with the O2 nasal cannula. He was forced to stay outside in the 90 degree heat & humidity of Fl. I will never return to H&R Block & will make sure I let everyone I come in contact with know how horrendously we were treated by the gentleman in the Marco Island office. If you choose to do business in a state with a large elderly population you need to be more considerate.

Accurate and excellent service. Maddie always explains everything to me and is very informative. The whole staff is very friendly. I've enjoyed having them do my taxes for years. I never have any worries or concerns.
