Shitty return policy - will not come back again. Almost any other place allows better returns. Calling them made it sound like they were good to return but they are terrible at communication. I recommend the many other surf shops that are a dime a dozen around here who have larger and better selections and better price. They don't have shitty parking lots and shittier service who constantly annoy you while shopping.

Absolutely amazing surf shop that staff was friendly and knowledgeable helped me get my kids outfitted for a skim board. If your on marco island and need any surfing gear I recommend heading over here

I called to tell them I would be there by closing. I'm a local and have a friend of my son staying with us and it's his 16th birthday. The young lady on the phone said there was no way she would stay past 6. Just having left work I broke every law of the road to get there by 5:59 only to have the door locked in the birthday boy's face. We shop there exclusively for teens as there is nothing else on the Island. It's a store run by lazy uninformed teenagers with absentee owners. It's a poor excuse for a surf shop with no decent selection of surf gear, boards, or skateboards. It's just an overpriced clothing store with horrible customer service. For a real surf shop with top of the line water sports equipment and skateboards, plus friendly knowledgeable and professional staff take a short ride to the Old Naples Surf Shop.

These people will go above and beyond. Seriously the best customer service. I called the store about ordering a pair shoes two weeks after being there in person on vacation. They added the shoes to their website merchandise just so I could order them and have them shipped since I live out of state. Shop local and support these great people!

Helpful and friendly staff. They were able to help me find the items I needed. The store also keeps quality brands stocked, so no need to worry about flimsy/cheap swimware.

The BEST place to shop everything there in the store. I found the BEST place to shop for Flip Flops. So many to choose to find the kind you like. You’ll love it there. I shop there every year there when I visit Marco Island. This is my favorite store. It is closed for remodeling.

They have a great selection and I've always found the staff to be friendly, they aren't pushy but there if needed. They have lots of flip flops to choose from and other clothing items as well. Locally owned which I appreciate.
