Such a quaint place. I love the Victorian touches through out the shop and the owner turned 100 years young today. Such a selection of hats, clothes and handbags! And the formal wear is amazing! Service was top notch as well!

My 1st visit to Kay's. Was amazed at how many dresses, tops and pants were on sale upstairs! A must to see.
