“I went to take 3-hour glucose test at this location. I was not expecting much from the experience, as it was 6am in the morning, i knew the test will take a long time with 4 blood draws and I was hungry and thirsty. When I arrived, I was taken inside without any wait and the lady who was taking care of my case was beyond great! I wish I knew her name. She was so helpful, polite, and caring! She really has a gift of calming people down and making them feel at ease! I saw her interact with other customers and she was as polite and caring. Never expected to have this type of service at Quest Diagnostics at 6am! I hope she reads this review and knows how appreciative I am to have had her as my care provider! Just for you to know who she is, she is a young Latina, her hair was pulled back but I think it was blondish. Again, thank you for a wonderful experience!”
