“Exceptional Service! I recently worked a conference at the JW Marriott Marco Island, and Cindy, Silvia, and the whole crew at this FedEx location were absolutely amazing! Handling logistics for our 17 pallets along with 300+ drop ships- they didn’t mishandle a single package! Every delivery was organized, tracked perfectly, and handed over seamlessly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitudes made a huge difference in our experience. If you are hosting or attending an event here, you are in great hands with this team. Thank you all for the flawless service!”

“Usually customers are treated respectfully here, but I have noticed the man who wears the Cubs hat is not very nice at all. I saw him treat the lady who was helped before me terribly, and heard him swear when he accidentally ripped my receipt. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I am in there a lot and have never seen the man smile.”

“Great service in the print and marketing department. Anna, was beyond helpful in assisting me to download and print a “password protected” file from my phone. She was polite, and very patient with accomplishing the task @ hand, while handling the demands of other customers. Kudos to this young lady. I highly recommend anyone to visit this Staples store, and ask for her!!! 👏”
