I needed money orders. Jacqui asked me why I needed them. How about non of your business. She said it was policy. I get money orders at different publix or different businesses. No one has Ever asked me why I needed them. This is unprofessional. Not Acceptable behavior. I will report this matter to corporate.

Went to Publix Super Market at Shops of Marco tonight to get some food. It was a fast visit. The employees were friendly and nice. Located in Marco Island, Florida.

Worst Publix deli experience I have had. I wish the deli managers would train people to make sandwiches that are good instead of aggressively dumping and piling ingredients on. This is typical at most Publix delis but for whatever reason I could not get this individual to exercise any restraint even when asking for a “little bit” of vinegar she proceeded to, no exaggeration, dump at least a quarter cup of vinegar on a WRAP. I said that was too much and she just cut it in half and wrapped it up. When she cut it in half a puddle of vinegar poured out and she looked up at me realizing she went overboard. Also who needs a half cup of black olives on a sandwich? By the time I sat down to eat it it was SATURATED with vinegar and was very unappealing and soggy. Please don’t put workers on sandwiches duty who clearly don’t care or understand instructions. The prices are also higher here than they are on the “mainland”. I was absolutely starving so I had to eat what I could of this bad sandwich. Will not come back to this Publix location.

the department managers are all super nice and friendly people. they do have trouble keeping things stocked, it's always a scavanger hunt. much that the stores app says they have it, they dont and I have to go to the one on 41 as they have everything but its way less convenient. Also NO decent tortilla brands like tortilla factory, have to go to fresh market for non-GMO or organic tortillas. Almost everything in the bakery is "bioengeneed" have to go elsewhere for non-GMO bread and baked goods. Phamacy is great. Again great people who want to help. I can usually get 80% of my groceries here
