One of the lock nuts on my bike seat came off and my bike seat was falling off. Due to the location of the seat springs it was difficult to access the screw, I didn’t have the tools that I needed at my seasonal condo, and it was difficult to figure out which size lock nut I needed. Steven and Craig from Ace Hardware to the rescue! Steven values customer service and he had me bring my bike to the back of the store and he introduced me to Craig. Craig struggled to find the correct size tool to remove one of the remaining nuts so Steven could match it up. Craig never gave up and persevered until he finally got one of the nuts off. He handed it to Steven the hardware expert who found a package of screws that matched perfectly. Craig once again overcame all of the painstaking obstacles it took to get the new lock nuts onto the bicycle seat. It was difficult, time consuming, and he never gave up. Craig and Steven truly exhibited what great customer service looks like. They both represented Ace Hardware very well and Ace Hardware is lucky to have two dedicated people as valuable members of their staff. Thanks to Steven and Craig, I will always go to Ace Hardware over those off island big box stores where you are just a number.

They are very helpful! Quite a contrast to the big box stores. Unless they're very busy, usually when I walk in someone will ask me what I'm looking for.

I don't know about you but when I drop 5k on a six bedroom vrbo for a few days i think it should come with a waffle maker. But if you love making waffles for your friends as much as i do, well you are going to go get that appliance and not even complain to the property management firm.Especially when you get to go to a clean and helpful place like Ace Hardware. This one is big and well lit, stout like a place that sells hammers should be but soft enough to carry waffle irons. You may need to ask for directions because there are multiple rooms.I left, appliance tucked under my arm, thinking that it was a very American experience with nothing to complain about and perhaps even a shade of gratitude that the poorly stocked mansion gave me an opportunity to venture out into the bright day and visit this store.

We had an amazing experience shopping at sunshine. Missi was a huge help when it came to picking out colors and recommending painters. We did our repaint about 7 years ago and we couldn’t be happier. Picking Benjamin Moore was the best decision we made. I truly recommend visiting this store and speaking with Missi for your painting needs.

Everyone was very friendly and Helpful. A bad thunder storm came in while we were shopping and store Manager was assisting customers to their vehicles. We walked and the store driver gave us a lift to Public’s across the street. Thank you for the great experience.
