“My husband and I were headed out of town when the shield underneath the van started dragging. my husband drives from his wheelchair (so there's no front seat). we were in a pickle because we didn't know what we'd do if we had to leave the van to be repaired. the helpful man at the desk took the shield off and didn't charge us - and explained that the part wasn't essential and we could have it replaced later if we wanted. great experience, so kind of him to help us out!”

I needed to order 2 tires and I was told the tires would be delivered that afternoon. (I was told by the Naples Mazda dealership that they were unable to get the same tires and those that they could get wouldn't arrive until Thursday.) Well, Randy Springfield, the service manager, came through for me as promised. I was checked out by Michael Davis, one of the service advisors. He was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. And so was the technician, JD Isador. I highly recommend this business.
