I came in to get a publix sub and immediately I noticed this Publix was a bit different. There were two islands, an island for subs and an island for ramen and rice bowls. The service was fast, friendly, and courteous. I didnt know if my parents would like a sub with cranberry turkey sub, but I wasn't sure if they'd like the cranberry so they put the cranberries on the side for me. I also asked them to put muenster cheese in there and they took longer, but it was definitely a plus! I got my food and this was one of the Publixs that had Ramen and rice bowls and I was ecstatic. I got the Ramen bowl. I wanted to try a tofu/vegetarian ramen bowl and the guy assured me that everything would be vegetarian. The soup is miso meaning its soy based with no meat and they added 3 scoops of edamame for me because I needed more protein. It also included carrots, corn, half an egg, and of course ramen noodles. I checked out and the guy who made the ramen caught me before I left and said I forgot the tofu! I went back to my hotel, hit the beach and came back. The ramen was packed cutely in a springy little bag with holes very chic. I put the miso in the ramen bowl, added my tofu and voila it was good and what made it even better was the spicy sauce they added. I was impressed with publix, for a grocery store that makes ramen, it sure was tasty! I wish they'd bring that to Atlanta! I'd definitely be all over that.

The remodeled store is beautiful. Very large, as soon as you walk in, you see a large center island which is the new deli. Each department( except the bakery) has been expanded. I was really surprised to see such a small bakery department. The prices have increased. For instance, cut melon is 4.09lb here and 3.99lb in Naples. I was shocked by the price of Oscar Meyer center cut bacon. On the other hand, if you shop the sales, you can get some good deals.

Workers there are so miserable and unfriendly!!! Deli is super slow. They don't even acknowledge you. If it wasn't for the pharmacy I wouldn't go to this Publix.

Staying on Marco for a week and tee his store had the best fresh chicken breast, hamburger and NY Strips for grilling. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful

Best subs in Florida! The ingredients are fresh and the bread is delicious. I love the Boars Head Italian with all the ingredients.

A big grocery store that serves the city of Marco Island well. The store was is always packed and there is a great selection of items. The shelves are packed. This appears to be the store of choice here.

There are two Publix markets on Marco Island, one at the north end off Collier, the other at the south end off S. Barfield. The south one is bigger, with a more varied selection. Both have super employees with excellent customer service. Tip: Saturday shopping is a nightmare during season because snowbirds are dazed and confused.
