I was just in this store and it was the worse experience I have ever had!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! the people that own this location have chosen to hire individuals that are incapable of understanding the value of customer service. I walk into the store, my kids are with me, so I hear them asking the clerk, Evelyn, for the location of the restroom, and I could infer that they weren't being answered. So, as any parent would, I walked over to assist my children. Even though I knew they were being ignored, I politely asked for the restroom for my kids, and Evelyn says, it's over there, all while not even bothering to make eye contact or pointing to the direction of the restroom. They go find the restroom on their own, so I ask her if cash app cards are loaded at this location. While continuing to not have enough respect to even look up, she rudely says, I don't know. Taken aback, I asked the question again, and she rudely replied " I don't know, ask her at register". So I said but you work here. Still attempting to avoid further confrontation I let the matter drop and proceeded to the register. So I asked the woman behind the register and at least she was descent enough to know what services are offered at the store. I then asked her for the manager, she tells me the manager is not here, I peer around the register and I can see her name tag says assistant store manager, so I point that out and the woman proceeds to argue that she is not "the manager" , I said but ma'am YOU ARE A MANAGER!!! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!! If you think you should be valued as a customer then DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!

The two older women that work here are the worst. Never before have i been disrespected by a 7 eleven cashier until i went here. Not only did she use vulgar language towards me in creole, she also is just the most unhelpful person in that store. Everyone else was fine but honestly because of the two older women working there, i dont think i will be returning.

Bad service this 2 lady had an attitude this Lady was calling her friends well we ask did you have more coffee she gave us an attitude and said no and then went back to call her friends after that we went to the cash register and The lady ring us up She only ring the slushy's and not the what drink she said she didn't see that like it was literally a Front of you and that drink was for my mom and my mom was already having a bad day like do better 7-Eleven

My wife's and my experience at this location have always been great, regardless of the negative reviews I've read.Thing is, I understand that there are people in this world who have "itches no one can scratch" and the customer service industry is full of those people. This 7-Eleven location is no different. The personnel running this store have always been very pleasant to us and we'll continue to patronize it.

Went in to get coffee there was not any coffee made but decaf everything was dirty they had no milk except the little containers of the tiny half and half that were expired then we use chocolate syrup somebody left the syrup open and it spilled over all over me and my husband's clothes now we got to go back home to change because we can't go to work like this horrible horrible horrible service.

Today I been stop but some ice and Lottery and then I go inside a car get all my stuff in the car throw the garbage smell back and deserve it been bitching at me do you not customer you just buy whatever you do but you're not customer and do not throw the garbage here he had to throw the garbage somewhere else what's that mean I buy some stuff at your store and cannot throw the garbage outside I need to complain your employee not supposed to say that to me I'm the customer

This is the WORST 7-11 I have EVER been to. The employees are lazy, unprofeasional, untrained. They are too busy chatting in creole amongst themselves and allow good paying customers to be ignored and made them wait while they finished their conversation: took about 4 mins. Doesn't seem too long unless you actually run to a convenient store: that's not all that convenient. You get what you pay for, cheap labor.

Try to get gas, unfortunately they were out. No signs up anywhere, just rude employees. Pitty this is a brand new 7-eleven and I stay away from this location because of the terrible service

I was here for free slurped day and it was super busy. The girls at the counter were super sweet and tried to get everyone through speedily. The pizza was hot and I loved it. My slurped was great to as I had never had one before, it was an experience. The tacos were mid, no offense.

I vowed a long time ago to never visit this location due to the rudeness and incompetency of employees and general dismal nature of the store. This morning I broke down and stopped out of desperation for coffee. I should of been suspicious of the empty parking lot of this once busy store. 8:15AM on a Thursday....almost no coffee except for some bitter light roast. How does a 7-11 have 80% of their coffee left empty at 8:15 in the morning on a work day? It's no surprise why all of your customers are going to WAWA (clean store, competent friendly employees, far better coffee, and waaaaay better food). Stick a fork in 7-11, they are finished.
