I called this location to ask how much a battery was for a chrysler 200? Faith said $89.00. so I asked why did this other location charge me $279.79 for a battery. Then she goes to say maybe that's what you had in there ok ... I don't want that I want the one for $89 she told me I can't get that one because it might not crank up my car. So now I'm like so why did you tell me I the battery was $89. She was so not friendly or helpful and her name is FAITHHHHHH☹️👎

9 times out of 10 when I go to this store they have what I'm looking for. Not that it's always the cheapest but your more than likely to find what you need.

Manager on duty (4/07/24 @ 1:30pm) was rude and disrespectful. Has no regard for her/his job or the customer.

This place is the worst. I have been here about 4 times and every time I have experienced negative customer service all the way from not being greeted to feeling like I was asking for too much when I just visited for air coolant. The employees are border line disrespectful and rushy. Some of their employees act as if they don't want to be there. Give attitude to other customers for no reason causing the customers to give attitude back is something I seen many times at this location. This location needs new management and employees. I will not be visiting this location again unless its an emergency and they are the only auto shop nearby.

Our experience went from good to awful when a woman appearing to be a supervisor name Veronica D. started belittling the employee who was assisting us over a uniform concern. The woman herself was not wearing a uniform. The gentleman (Allen) was at least wearing a company cap. As he tried to continue servicing us, she was closely monitoring him and even followed him outside when he was assisting us with our windshield installation. The entire interaction was awkward, and we were disgusted by the woman’s behavior and treatment of her employee. Definitely not returning to this location.

Don't buy from this location online. The online quantity does not reflect the actually quantity the store has. The people working there didn't even look around the store to try and find if any were in stock. Waste of time on my end. When you try to voice your concern, the manager and clerk look at you like you're dumb.
