Steve always makes sure my glasses fit perfectly he’s the only person that get my adjustment right for over a year I felt with others but they just seems to not care about customer service well done Steve

Refreshing customer service experience with Steve and CeCe this evening. Rather than send my lenses back because tint was off as she initially planned, she worked manic in the back and lightened the tint in house. That not only made me happy, but it also saved the company the expense of lens replacement. (I hope corporate is reading) All the while Steve was at the other desk swapping my other lenses for same style but different color frames. I left the store happy and pampered. Now that’s what I call, GREAT customer service!

Steve was such a delight! He fixed my broken glasses perfectly and was so nice to talk to. I also really enjoyed his glasses which may not count for anything but brightened my day as well as his attitude.
