These people have no customer service skills
Very unprofessional
Did a regular pedi and gel acrylic mani on Wed. By sat toe nails stripping and list 3 nails on my hand
Called them to let them know because I flew out on Thursday, so when I got back, I would come in
Got in today, and they have a problem fixing my nails.
I think they are using old products so it is not effective
The man is extremely rude

I visited the recently opened Aria Nails in Bethany Beach, Delaware, requesting both a manicure and a pedicure. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I noticed different colors on my nails and pedicure. Upon returning, the upset owner ivy attempted to blame me for the error. Regrettably, I won't be revisiting this establishment. After expending most of my afternoon they never apologized for their error!

I have been her a few times and have always had an excellent experience. The owner is quick in service but cares about what he does and is extremely detail oriented. My nails always look great and The cost is reasonable. I saw the negative reviews but have not experienced anything like them.

The owner a man named Tim is beyond rude. He is so rough during the service, he’s cut and bruised my nails. He doesn’t apologize or acknowledge what he’s done. Just continued the service like NOTHING happened. You can tell he’s miserable and hates his job. He watches YouTube while servicing or on the phone.His wife is lovely and much friendlier. They have two children, one runs around all day and they have their small dog running loose through the entire establishment.. that is not friendly, they warn you not to touch it.Please avoid this place. It’s not worth the pain and rudeness you will experience.Services: Pedicure

Went there on Wednesday, Nov 16th for a gel mani & regular pedicure for a total of $66. He insisted on giving me dip powder instead of the gel I asked for. Next day polish started peeling. Returned today with polished almost peeled completely off. I told the owner I didn’t do anything different. The owner immediately accused me of doing something to cause my nails to peel. Before I went there, last time I did nails was 6 weeks ago in NY. Not a chip after 6 weeks. Wanted a fill in and fresh nails for the holiday. After much back and forth, he agreed to fix the nails at no additional charge.I felt he was trying to blame me for the shoddy nail job and poor quality polish.I will never go back. There are too many salons to choose from, don’t give these people your hard earned money!!!Services: Gel manicures

Please , please , please ! Do yourself a favor don’t bring your business to this place . I have been going there just for Jenny ,Because she does take her time with her clients and never rush them out …When it comes to Tim , the husband , he is NASTY , RUDE and will rush you out in less than 30 minutes . They raise their prices biweekly without notice until at the end of the service to get shocked with the bill. They DO NOT STERILIZE their tools and when you ask them to do so , they get mad and start speaking in their own language about you (like I cared ??). I’ve seen clients getting cut on multiple occasions and all they did was putting “alcohol “ on the wound , yes , you’ve read that right . Their daughter is very impolite and will make you feel unwelcome . Why bring you my hard earned money while I’m still getting the same , old , dirty service with an increased rate every two weeks . RUN !!! Do not support them ?♀️Service: Pedicure

I absolutely love this place!! They are sweet and kind and there daughter is a doll! They are short staff but they never rush there time with you. I paid $30 and got an amazing job done on my pedicure. The even soaked them for me to take off my old ones. So many places overcharge and they don’t. I recommend Aria to anyone. I love love love them. 4 years I have been going to them.Services: Pedicure

I was physically assaulted at this establishment. The owner tried to upcharge me for my nails stating they were (XXL) pic attached and when I refused he tried to hold me down and rip my nails off. This place has no printed price list and they change the price multiple times during the service. When I tried to leave, the owner and his wife attacked me and tried to trap me in the store. I called margate police and filed a report. When the police arrived the store said there camera are broken.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SALON!! They are HORRIBLE and THIEFS!

The cops were called today after this place legit hurt there costumer!!! They have no respect for people at all. Double charged this individual and on top has the audacity to hold her down physically !!! After she said stop doing service on her! It was a mess! They should be ashamed of themselves!! Sneaky people have fake cameras becuase then cops asked to see them! They are conveniently broken!!!! Do not go there!! Do not trust them!!!
