Terrible service, instead of helping me solve the problem, they sent me to another store to have my cell phone fixed, at another AT&T site if they solved the situation, it was noted that today the employee did not want to work

I recently visited this AT&T store and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was courteous and professional. They greeted me right away and made sure I felt comfortable. I had several questions about upgrading my phone and adjusting my plan, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me the most was how efficient they were—no long waits, and every question was answered in a timely manner. It was a seamless experience, and I left the store feeling confident about my choices. Highly recommend this location for outstanding customer service!
