If you're like me, you dread having to deal with car issues, especially with a car dealership. After the 3 year lease on my Ford Edge Titanium expired on 3/12/24, I decided to buy my car. First, and most importantly, my car, which came fully loaded, has been a great car for me. No issues whatsoever in the 3 years I leased it. I only put 24,000 miles on it in 3 years, so I decided to keep it. I took my car into to be serviced for the last time while it was still under warranty. Jeff Balaban was my Service Advisor. They completed the multi-point inspection and I requested an oil change. One small issue was found with the display screen, the part has been ordered, and I'll return to have fixed when the part comes in. I learned that 3 tires were down to bare minimum tread, and it was recommended I replace them. The car only had 24,000 miles on it, so I asked about prorating the tires. I was told, "no can do", so I was looking at an $850+ expense on a car I was just buying. After 2 days of intense back and forth with management, including Ford Motor Company, we finally reached a resolution that I was happy with, which was nowhere near the original price I was quoted. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Tony Maytin, GM, Drew Ayala, Service Supervisor, and Super Human Michele DeNyse, who is the glue that always seems to keep things together. On the Sales side, I want to acknowledge Arturo Cano, for making the lease buyout as painless as it needs to be, and Michele again, for helping me secure the best loan rate possible. What I learned from this experience is that when "both" sides present their issues reasonably and without emotion, a compromise can always be achieved. Am I still going to dread the next time I have to deal with a car issue, you betcha I am. Next time though, I know the right people do deal with.

Excellent Service very cordial and profesional. I made an appointment the place was full of cars with everyone was taken care. I came in a right off way Jose ask me what needed. I told him I made an appointment for 9:30am, he check the computer saw may name.Ask me a few questions and took my keys and started the process.I was out in about 2 hours and everything was done like I requested and very happy with their service that was done to me and the car. I thank everyone who was involve with the process.
