Johnathan the gm told me "his banker" is busy and I can't change my pin. Also didn't want to work with my other bank to facilitate a cashing deposit of a check. lazy man. just a lazy little boy.

THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a long time customer and they wouldn't let me send a fax which involved getting money sent to the BOA!!! It was right after Labor Day weekend and my impression was they were too busy to bother helping me. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

The service at this location is terrible. I have a few business accounts here and I always receive substandard service. They do not act as though they want to help. I do not recommend this bank.

This is the worst bank I've ever been to. Literally no one in here and they told me it was gonna be a 2 hour wait. They said I should have made an appt but when I told them I tried but no one answers the branch managers response was "well that should have told you to try another branch" . Literally 1 other customer in here...

I'm at this location as I'm typing. There's multiple employees here that could help the customers faster but fail to do so. Their whole structure is messed up. I've actually seen people leave. I'm trying to deposit $4600 short $500 of my monthly deposit. This is small compared to other people. If we all decide to close our account, they'll lose a nice size of monthly deposit due to lack of proper customer service. There's two people at the door and only two tellers and a long line. There's more people helping out with loans and probably new customers than existing customers. This is why many people will leave BOA or at least do not come to this location. I wished we never purchased a home near this BOA.

Zero stars. DO NOT USE ATM. Zero stars for a few of the clowns that work here too. Terrible customer service. Made a cash deposit at the drive thru ATM and got no option of getting a receipt, no proof of it in my online banking neither. I go inside to dispute it. They give me a number to call through the app, with misleading information on a sticky note. "When you call they will approve your deposit immediately". Of course this wasn't the case when I speak to the individual online. Went back to the branch to inform them of the issue. Met with the same distasteful customer service. Get it together at this branch BOA. These ladies are sour. If you don't want to work, call out sick or quit. You have a choice. Clowns. Sour clowns.

I have very bad experiences many times with Margate Florida Bank of America branch, most of the staff members are very rude , even today I had bad experience with teller Ms. M , she was very rude to me treated like I am there to borrow money from her , I am a loyal customer for 16 years and been to many other branches never experienced like this , sad but so true !
