We came to have done two transactions.Our Agent was really great. She speak Spanish that is really good for our Latin community. She was kind, knowledgeable and nice. Our transportations were smooth and easy thanks to Anika.

The only thing I could suggest is do not have the ATM should drive thru side by side they should be on two separate trials because a car could be easily trapped and could be a security issue.

I’m a new member with this bank. The representative that help me open my Business account was amazing. I left my old Dang to come here with good faith. But today was my first time going up to a teller because I had an issue with misplacing my debit card and all I can say is the tall skinny young guy Christopher has quite the attitude he’s pretty smog. I might find another branch because I don’t like dealing with that kind of tone. Saying smart ___ ____ under his breath. I get its Friday and people want to go home but don’t make my day worse just cause you feel like you’re somebody. I had specific questions, and all I was looking for was answers, not attitude. The other guy Carlos was helpful because he had to be but neither of them wanted to deal with me and I have a bad taste in my mouth about this bank now. Christopher told me to step to the side and let me know if you had any other questions so he can help other people while I still had other questions. I literally had to ask Carlos as soon as he told me to step to the side. I don’t play. Don’t play with me.This was my first experience interacting with a teller. If I have another one like this, I guarantee you I’m switching banks I don’t need Bank of America for nothing. I’ll switch banks again in a heartbeat. Managers need to check their employees attitudes.

This bank always has more than one customer service banker to help you and they are very quick never seen any problems there or wait in a line more than five minutes I'm impressed compared to the rest of Bank of America is two people in the whole bank

Very rude, the manager Carlos wasn’t willing to assist with other options for my roommates account. We went to another location who was great and fixed the problem with ease. Carlos was being rude and had to practice putting a smile on his face before even coming up to us. I felt like he closed her card after we left because it’s wasn’t closed prior to. She was racially profiled.

DO NOT DEAL THIS BANK BRANCH. Why does this bank have one teller working, there is 6 people in line, and the bankers are on computers, those that are with clients and not seeing if there’s anything that clients in line needs. This bank is always slow. What is being done to get service working more fluently here? Not to exaggerate at all, but it is always like this when I come to this location. I worked in Banking at COMMUNITY BANK and every effort was made to ensure enough tellers were available to take clients. It’s been like this a long time here, and it seem nothing is being done. I like to be in one place and not be all over, this is the only reason I stick with Bank of America? This is Bad.

Every time I have to race to this bank During my work day because of their new shortened hours like everybody else the line is 20 people deep. Maybe if you went back To normal hours you could actually provide decent customer service. This happens to me every single week no matter what time I try and get here and yet you can't pay people to stay till 6 like the old days? You don't have enough money? I find that very hard to believe considering the line is out the door right now.
