Spanish lady is rude, unhelpful, condescending, and very unprofessional to work with. It makes me wonder why I would keep my money in a place like this if they hire employees like this. I was only asking a question about my account. I don’t think that gives her the right to talk down to me especially in front of my daughter.

Never more than 2 tellers and 1 works the drive thru. Listen closely or you can’t understand them. Shared branching network but they have their own rules/ procedures from other banks/branches.

Brittany is always such a joy to speak with on the phone and very helpful! She always makes customer service her main goal! Kudos to Brightstar for employing such a lovely person.

Fior Gonzalez the manager at the Margate location, gave me excellent customer service and spent as much time as needed to resolve my issue. I have also had a favorable interaction with all their staff. I would highly recommend this branch and using them for all your banking needs.

Another financial institution that is full of lies. I first reached out for an auto loan on a purchase. They couldn't do it because it's out of state. They said I could refinance if I bought it with someone else, at a rate close to 6%. I was told the rate is good for 90 days. I bought the car with a different lender. Once the car was registered to me, I reached back out to BCU. I was approved for the loan, but the rate went up to 7%. You can never trust anything a bank says. Thanks Aundrae...

Overdraft fees are BEFORE the account hits 0 not after. So if you get close to zero they will send two or three "Statement Description:COURTESY PAY". To make sure you are negative. Without those overdraft charges account would still be positive because I timed it to the last penny. Guess you get fined for going below 30 bucks or something. Awful and SAD ! Of me for only having 30 bucks and the bank for charging two fees to put me negative when I was never negative ever in the first place !

If I had negative stars I’d give it to them. The newer teller also known as BCO; she lacks customer service skills, very dismissive, and avoidant. The individual did not acknowledge me, nor her mistake. Instead, another teller asked the supervisor to fix BCO’s error(one hour later). Consequently, Brittany allowed my money to sit elsewhere, before someone else rectified her shortcomings.Sincerely,Miss it was only $20
