From the moment I walked in everything amazing, Matt was even better he made sure to pay attention to any questions I had. The tech that did my vitals was also amazing she noticed my birthday was coming up and made sure I also felt listened too

I’ve donated plasma three times before without issue, but my most recent visit was painful, unsafe, and completely mishandled. The staff ignored repeated warnings about the needle placement causing severe pain, burning, and weakness in my arm. I literally had to tough it out for the entire donation while visibly in discomfort, and no proper care or attention was given.
The staff’s attitude was indifferent and dismissive, once I was off the chair, it was “not their problem.” My arm remains sore and weak hours later, and their handling could have led to serious injury.
This is not acceptable in any medical facility, and I strongly advise against visiting this location. If the corporate office reads this, understand that your staff is risking donor safety and trust.

Understaffed asl. They sometimes rude. They take a long while to get you unhooked when done. Poor professionalism. Spend a while just standing around doing nothing instead of setting up the bed so people can donate. Only one to two people are doing vital check up.
