Roof leaked from first rain shower. Reported the leak, they kept making LAME EXCUSSES for not repairing. Offered NO assistance to move to another unit. I am over 60 and have to pay for help to move my belongings. Leak became much larger and damaged 50% of my belongings. Stay away from this company. Can't get any kind of email to any higher ups. Heard they don't care either.

If I could give these people a negative star Iwould. With all that is going on in this country with jobs and all, they don't work with their customers. They rather you owe them the full amount, than accept a part payment on your bill which was exactly what happened to us. Then...their mode of communication is off, as it seem they are only interested in been heartless and robotic instead of been human.They sold our unit with everything owned for less than the bill without even batting an eye, and still had the nerve to be sending us a invoice, but nothing to say the unit was sold. One has to wonder if it's a friend thingAs for me ... I wouldn't even recommend a dog to them. They do not try to work with the customer or even meet them half way. They need to understand that not everyone depends on hand outs and some if not most people are now living hand to mouth.Worse storage ever!!

Warm welcome.Minor adjustments.Just hope all my things are secured as stated.Laches need to be updated and paint inside units as well.Not bad location.Adjust the corners to turn for bigger trucks.It was a urge assle.

I’ve been a customer at cubesmart for years now and have never received such bad customer service at any location, but this one. My unit was vacated for a month and i STILL was charged. To make matters worse my big brother I called and spoke to a woman and she told me the lock had to be removed, i went and removed it , and was still charged. Word of advice - don’t have ur store managers calling customers “my love” when they already KNOW the customer is upset, that’s offensive and unacceptable !!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend this location.

The good thing about this facility is low price. Office guy David is also incredibly patient , & helpful. BUT- Only 1 cart in entry area, so it's usually hard to get it. Very hard to get parking by entry. No covered load/ unload area, & they keep the restroom locked. You get bare bones, economy storage here.

Naturel delivers the best customer service I have ever received in south Florida. Naurel personality captures you and she is very caring about her renters. I have stored many places before but I have never seen such a genuine,caring and loving person serving the public like Naurel. I hope her bosses see what I have seen.
