If I could give this filthy disgusting CVS zero stars I would. The store is disgusting and a mess they literally have two employees working in the front. The pharmacy is ATROCIOUS. I stood in the drive through line waiting for assistance finally got to the window and the woman was so incompetent she input my insurance all wrong told me my VA insurance was cancelled then shooed me away. I advised several times the insurance is good but outside of VA the doctor and pharmacy will need to contact the VA to confirm. The lady refused to call so I went inside. While inside I guess they didn't notice I was standing there and the woman was complaining about calling and how she didn't want to while the pharmacist was saying he doesn't care about my prescription his break is coming up so I can wait the hour. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior especially from so called "health professionals".

I came into the store quickly to make a purchase and Betty helped me out and even went beyond in getting me a discount from the cvs extra care card that I had but didn't know as well as explaining the way it works to me. She was very pleasant and kept a smile on her face the whole time. I enjoyed my experience shopping at this CVS location.

Pharmacy still has filthy plastic barriers up that look like they've never been cleaned since installed. Employees still wearing useless masks. Not sure why. Between the filthy plastic barrier and not being able to barely understand employee talking thru idiotic mask it's a nightmare to go there. Take down these stupid filthy plastic barriers and enough with your pointless masks.

No different than any other place the state of retail is very sad. Waited in line in the drive through over 30 minutes and when it was my turn (only two cars left in line) everything stopped I couldn't get my meds OR speak to someone. They do it on purpose for lunch but why not hire enough staff to keep it open? Sad and shameful state of retail, but every chance I think about it I'm smashing this place with one star on a review site, website, thumbs down on Apple Maps, anything to make noise and maybe if enough of us hit them in the pocketbook they'll pay attention. After I get the meds they're holding hostage I'll never set foot in this location again. Peace. Shame on the employees and TRIPLE shame on CVS.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Waited on hold for AN HOUR to refill a prescription. Recalled to the front store manager to ask if the pharmacy was open and, if so, if she could check if anyone was working. She entirely ignored my request and just forwarded me back to the same number where I proceeded to wait on hold for another 15 minutes. When I've gone in person, the customer service has been just as bad and the back of the store, near the pharmacy, often smells RANCID of cigarette smoke. Do not use this pharmacy.

It just takes wayyyyy to long to get my prescription from here. I just feel like they don't have enough people in the pharmacy. They try there beat but the store owner needs to get more folks in the back.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been too. The pharmacy here is closed literally every time I come to pick up my child's prescription. Seriously, I come in the evening, closed, morning closed. So today I came at 2pm, guess what, CLOSED FOR LUNCH! Really? What a joke.

Short of prescription supplies for HYDROCODONE \\u0026 ZOLPIDEM. NO messages received that prescription is ready for pick-up. The person handling ordering prescription drug supplies is not doing the job correctly. Supplies should be order ahead of time \\u0026 not until the pharmacy run out of it. Should take a close look how much inventories supplies left

Worst place ever, they are more concerned on organizing their stock than taking care of customers. If you don’t speak up they will ignore you for ever. Don’t come here go somewhere else to get your vaccines or prescriptions.

If i could rate this CVS (manager) location in the negative i would. Horrible and unprofessional manager . I went to exchange, with my receipt, 2 (over the counter OTC) packs/box of Ibuprofen with caffeine that i mistakenly purchased yesterday for 2 without caffeine. I was told by the manager in a very condescending tone, that since my insurance already got charged they can not /won't exchange them! Didn't make any sense...I immediately went to another CVS and they graciously exchange them. Whoever is managing this location will need a better customer service training!!!!!

This pharmacy is the worst! Long wait times inside and at the drive through. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They took 3 weeks to fill one of my prescriptions and many days for others. My doctor had to call 3 times to get them to fill my script.

I was just on hold for 12 minutes and someone came on and said 5 ahead of you and put me back on hold, i felt was being scolded for calling. It was extremely rude, obviously you have understaffed the pharmacy or you have hired people that should not be working with the public. I put my prescription in 10days ago and waiting for CVS to notify me it is ready. The service here is just so poor at times. Juan Montiel305-606-3951.
