Spent literally all day trying to get someone on the phone. No one ever picks up. It's so annoying! They don't seem to understand that people need their meds asap. They don't seem to care. This is the closest cvs to home, but i won't be going back here for any prescription.

Trying to reach the pharmacy by phone is impossible. Currently on hold for over 25 minutes to refill a prescription that I can’t refill on the app and no one has answered. Horrible customer service. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

The individuals that staff this particular location is horrible. They lack professionalism and respect. They screen the phone calls. They claim they are busy and I have videos of them barely working and now answering the phone. I have now opted to drive 15 min away from home to avoid this particular location. Dalia is an awful Healthcare professional and I will be putting in a complaint on her license as well as Dr. Sal Habibi.

horrible. called pharmacy multiple times and person kept saying please hold every time and never coming back over 30 mins.

I picked up a prescription via the drive through and although Im sure she (KAYDEEN) stated I had 2 prescriptions, i did not hear her, having stated "im sorry I didnt hear you, can you repeat that", and i went home with a prescription I did not want, went back to see if I could return it. It is absolutely OK that I cannot, I was educated by the very nice pharmacist at the location. However, while speaking to another miss taking care of me at the pharm desk inside the store, ms KAYDEEN who had taken care of me in the drive through (while taking care of her own customer), yelled out "I told you you have 2 prescriptions", she then started to argue with me and repeatedly yelled "I told you you had 2 prescriptions" at least 4 times while other customers were around, yelling over the counter. I want to reiterate that she was NOT the tech that was attempting to help me in the store. In order to get her to stop I had to say, "I heard you the 1st time, you dont have to tell me 4 times". I LOVE my pharm techs and pharmacists at this location, Ive been coming here for years, but this is the first time Ive met somebody so rude, obnoxious, and unpleasant. I am not a confrontational person. All it took was to tell me "im sorry, I cant take this back, its the law" and that is ALL that it would have taken to appease me and to educate me as a pt and as a customer. Ive never left a pharmacy feeling so embarrassed and angry at the treatment from staff before. The other pharm tech and pharmacist were amazing but at that point, my experience was already made.

Im sorry but if you actually wanna get your medicine you wont go here. It is an absolute hassle to even get someone on the phone . They have you jumping through 5 different recorded voices , just to reach the pharmacy in the first place. Then they have u on hold and will hang up unexpectedly and say it was disconnected accidentally. This is the first time i spent 40 mins on a line before reaching someone @ 9:50am . Walgreens would never . Or any pharmacy for that matter

Rude pharmacy and didn’t offer to help when I approached to ask a question. Took one look at me and blew me off. I wasn’t rude just asked a question about transferring a prescription from one CVS to another. They were annoyed by me asking that… poor customer service!

Nothing bad to sey,but at lease when there's customers especially at the pharmacies just want to ask even a simple question about anything at least say I will be rite with you,just dont pretend not to see us it must be a reasons why were here,I just put my items and walked out the store and still no one assisted me? I no we are all busy at time but a Pharmacy.?

Worst people at that drive-thru window. I don't even know why they have a drive-thru if they don't even want to talk to the member when they show up to the window? This guy barely looks at you when talking, there's a girl that's even worst, she literally just tell you to wait and leave to never return. Ugh!

I really do not know why this CVS has bad reviews. I was skeptical on going there since it had bad reviews but it was close by and I took the chance. My experience with the Pharmacy staff was outstanding, my order was ready very quick and the staff was respectfull and helpful.
