Very lackluster customer service. Extremely disappointing that I have lived in over 5 states and have never encountered such rude staff as the older fitting room attendant who treated me so impolitely.

The store smells like urine. They have very rude customer service as well. They do not have staff capable of unlocking the restroom not even for a paying customer. To top it off they were talking badly about the customer to other customers because of there lack of capability to unlock the bathroom. Very ghetto and unorganized for a business. Imagine if it’s a child that need a diaper change or a person with a disability. Just don’t come here unless you use the bathroom first since they aren’t smart enough to unlock the restroom.

I was there last week. The fitting rooms were closed. There were some temporary ones. My two daughters and I went into one. Some people were knocking on our door every two seconds, telling us to hurry up. I explained to them to wait because I had children. They didn't care, they called a very rude woman who works there, she started knocking on the door yelling at us. My daughters started crying and were very scared. When we left, the lady who works there kept yelling at me and saying rude things. Conclusion they lost a purchase of 170 dls because I went to Ross. I will not return there, I do not recommend this store.

This store is true to their name. I always consider myself lucky when I come here because I find some great grabs. I needed dress shoes for my son, and could not find a good quality inexpensive pair anywhere. This store had a whole rack of his size and good quality and great price. I also found some Sriracha socks for $.49 lol. They could really use more cashiers. Every time I visit, there is a line and only one cashier. I'd recommend this place if you're on a budget and already know what you're looking for.

This review is not for the store because it was really busy with one cashier and no manager came out to assist. This review is for the cashier David. Regardless of how long the line was David kept his cool and greeted each shopper with a smile. He remained positive with a line wrap around down the store aisle.
