This place is the worst very unorganized. My daughter had an appointment at 1pm. We get there at 12:40 she didn’t get in the place until 3pm. She has a 3 month old baby, and the security guard would not let her dad take the baby in, so she can nurse the baby. Very nasty people in the world baby was crying he did not care.

Waited for 4.5 hrs in line with online appointment that I made a month ago just for a lost/replacement Drivers ID. The online service for replacement/ renewal is not working.

The worst DMV. I was in line 12 to get my license with appointment.
Tried calling them, I was in line for 1h 15 minutes and they hang up.
