Got there at 9:40 and they told me they were closing in 5 mins. I asked if they closed at 10? He said “it don’t matter we’re closed” I continue to look for my items and I hear the manager in the back say “Fck y’all doing” not sure if to the employees or the few customers still in the store with me either way very unprofessional to yell that out from the back of the register. Mind you it’s not even 10 yet when they close.

On 7/19/24 I arrived at the store, I tried to make a return, the guy who helped me said he couldn't make the return because it was the company's policy, in which I responded that I already know their policies and he said that wasn't it. your problem and that they were guidelines that they had given you because it was very difficult for them to make the return. It is not the first time that this has happened. It has already happened to me in that same store and with the same person and since I do not know how to speak much English, however I have a lot of understanding and I call myself stupid girl (previously I had an emergency call and I left the place I left my things I had already paid but I came back) when I went to apologize the guy had a rude attitude towards me it is not the first time that has happened with the same person if you don't want your work just leave it

Went on Saturday 2/10 to use my $5 off for anything over $25. My bill was $35 and the 2 women behind the counter couldn't get the coupon entered from their receipt!! These 2 were absolutely useless!! I won't be back.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! This place has roaches! We bought pancake mix and it had roaches inside! The employees said i was not the first to go back to complain. Bought another box and it had roaches as well! This is place disgusting!! Do not buy food from here! They need to shut down and clean the store! God knows what else they have inside the store!
