Customer service associate was great. Would be 5 stars but it really took a while to get the rental completed. I will rent from them again regardless as they were very helpful.

The service was great, and I was seen immediately, but they tried to give me a vehicle with a cracked windshield. Then they gave me a vehicle that was smaller than I ordered. That is not how you run a business.
