Floyd’s Auto Repair is great. His service is amazing and prices are equally great. They are easy to contact and very accommodating with any questions. His wire is also very helpful all the time, especially when your dealing with emergencies after hours.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I was referred by a friend/family member and decided to give them a call. Ms. Lushanda assisted me, and she was truly a breath of fresh air—respectful, extremely polite, and attentive. She worked with me every step of the way and was always responsive whenever I reached out. Dropping off and picking up my car was smooth and hassle-free. Most importantly, they were honest and transparent—no scams, no overcharging. I had an alignment done and replaced all four tires. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely return for future maintenance needs.

I have been going to Floyd’s Auto for over 3 years. I’ve brought every concern to them and they have ALWAYS been honest & transparent in their dealings with me. Floyd is extremely knowledgeable, reliable & honest. Lushanda has assisted me with everything from getting my car towed to the shop to leaving parking passes for me hidden so I can drop off the car after hours. They are deeply committed to their customers and the reputation of their business. On two occasions they returned my car repaired and didn’t even charge me because it was something so minor or They didn’t detect any issue. Never have I trusted a mechanic more with my vehicle. I promise you won’t be disappointed and your car will be in good hands. I rate them 5 stars!!!! Floyd’s auto is top tier ❤️

Floyd's Auto was there to repair my vehicle when I needed it most. They quickly made the repairs and I am grateful that they were able to return the car to me the same day. My one issue with not just this shop, but with all auto shops is that the color of the interior of my vehicle is tan. It is difficult to get rid of the black fingerprints the mechanics leave behind.
