Stay away from this repair shop!! I had an awful experience with Jermaine, he spoke to me rude and condescendingly. And seems like he marks up all the parts and labor for his repairs. Suggests things need to be replaced when they dont need to be. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS REPAIR FACILITY OR I SUGGEST remove Jermaine as he is not professional or transparent!!!!

He asked me $1700 plus for ac compressor replace. I fixed my ac with other honest technician who discovered that the cause of the ac failure was an ac pressure switch that only cost $49 plus. Problems resolved with les than $200. I had to pay Jerome $110 for his test and wrong ac diagnostic.

If you are on the fence about taking your luxury Mercedes to this small business, let me tell you now, DO NOT HESITATE! GO!Jermaine (Head Tech) knows German vehicles, and is very reasonably priced. Jermaine is very humble, and willing to listen to client concerns and partner with clients to find solutions. 200% recommended small business, which makes me feel very happy to support!
My visit was for preventative maintenance, and I easily saved 50% of what a dealer would have charged me for the same service.
Do not hesitate to take your Porsche, BMW, Benz or Volvo here for all of your German vehicle repair or maintenance needs and save a TON OF MONEY as Jermaine’s rates are VERY REASONABLE!

Jermaine is very professional and efficient. He was very accommodating when I inquired about his availability and he fitted me in the next day. Having had another mechanic service my car, I had a sense of peace in his expertise and knowledge about my specific vehicle. I could not be more thankful that I found Germantech while I happen to be driving down Dixie highway trying to figure out how I was going to fix my 2012 Volkswagen Golf R. I brought my vehicle to two other shops paying close to 600.00 just to mis diagnose my vehicle. The first place told me I had a blown piston ring and oil in cylinder 2 and the other place was closer to diagnosing the real issue. The difference between EVERY other shop that I have dealt with in South Florida (its been at least 15 since I have lived here in the past 4 years) and Germantech is the honesty and integrity that the staff exude. The Estimate for repairs for my vehicle was exactly what the price on the estimate sheet said. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I had asked Jermaine if he remembered to do the oil change on my vehicle which I wasnt sure if I mentioned it to him or not and without skipping a beat he took my vehicle right back into the bay and changed the oil and had me out of there in about 20 minutes. Which is almost unheard of in my experience. Jermaine kept an open line of communication with me and I never doubted or questioned him for a moment. I am Extremely satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle, the price for the repairs, the short length of time for the repairs, and i still cant believe he got that estimate to be exactly to the penny. Impressive is all I can say. Thank You to Jermaine and his staff at Germantech!!

Jermaine the owner knows what he is doing. He’s honest, transparent and forthcoming about everything that is happening with your car. It starts with a proper diagnosis and then he gives you real expectations about what it will take to resolve the issue or what course of action should be taken. After trying other mechanics in the area I felt so relieved to find one who is personable and honest. His prices are reasonable and his work is first class.
