I came from out of town to purchase a vehicle, the dealer sent me here to get some repairs done and I am very happy with the service I received. Lynne and Bob were very personable and Bob made sure I knew what was going on with the vehicle and went out of his way to find solutions whenever an issue came about.

I went into giant tire because I heard a squeaking sound from my brakes. I got a quote here and they said I needed to replace my brake pads, my rotors, and that I really needed 4 new tires. I couldn’t afford the insane price they quoted me so I left in tears. Luckily I was able to find a friend who’s step father is a mechanic. When he looked at my brakes and rotors, he said that my brake pads were just wearing out which is why I was hearing the screeching and that all I needed was brake pads. He said the rotors were in good condition and couldn’t believe that they told me I needed to change them. Same story with the tires, he told me I had about 60% tire life left, which is very far from “needing” 4 new ones! Moral of the story, this business claims to be Christian, but clearly have no morals. The crosses on their door and bible quotes on the wall are clearly tactics to make you feel comfortable like they’re gonna do the right thing. What a shame.

I was visiting here for a funeral and needed a tire repaired . They got me in and repaired my tire within a little more than an hour ! Very nice people ! I totally recommend them . Honest and so kind . Thank you

Giant Tire is absolutely the best repair shop around. The owner, Joe, is honest, understanding, and efficient. Joe’s staff, Lynn and John are tremendous. They are friendly, polite, and efficient. It is pleasure going there. Their prices are better than competitive and repairs are done right. You won’t be fooled into having repairs done that are not needed. You can always know the estimate you get is fair, competitive, never bogus.

I had my car serviced here back in November to get my thermostat replaced. I paid $2,000 and waited about a month for the job so I can make sure I have a Mercedes thermostat in my car. Now 4 months later I bring my car in because it was overheating, Bob tells me it’s the thermostat, then says it’s my coolant pump then says it’s my radiator. Well after a month and a half of them having my car Bob tells me he can’t do the job because he doesn’t know what it is.. I take it to Mercedes they tell me it’s the thermostat okay cool I ask Bob for the receipt on when he purchased my thermostat because they should be able to warranty it.. Guess what? Bob never had a Mercedes part in my car lol, he just recently changed it when I told him I’m going to be taking my car to Mercedes. I brung my car here because i assumed that they were honest people. I thought wrong!

I recently was referred here by another shop that was unable to due my truck due to it being lifted. So I took my truck here to get some work done at Giant Tire, and they did such a great job, I almost asked them to rotate and balance my life! My car now glides down the road so smoothly, it's practically moonwalking. The shop's service was so efficient, I was back on the road in no time, and my car handles corners like a pro. The best part? No more bumpy rides or rogue steering wheel moves! Kudos to the tire whisperers who made my car ride feel like a cloud cruise. If my tires could talk, they'd thank you too!
