I have been a regular customer here. Today I visited to dry one load. I was to told not today. I have both washed and dried here. However today I decided to just dry since I don't have a lot. The excuse give was unacceptable. Yes there were persons there but they were waiting for items to wash before needing the 2 available dryers. I left disappointed. Thanks to Google map that directed me to another location (VERY CLOSE BY). It is 3 times bigger, cooler, cleaner with a different reception from the in-house assistant (help was entended to get additional items from my car).

Very bad customer service. The lady at the front desk is rude. She's talking bad to me just because there was some detergent on top of the machine where you suppose to add the detergent because she was mad and clean there was really nothing for her to even reprimand me. bad education

Cool inside very clean. Good prices. And washes good. Most. Importantly the Staff are very nice and welcoming and doesn't mind helping you. Plus they have a vending machine with cold drinks and snacks. I come here a couple times a month.

Friendly and helpful gentleman at front desk! Clean facility. Clean and new/newer washer and dryers. Definitely recommend. Will come again.

Just witnessed the most unprofessional thing happen between the little lady that works in there and a young guy who was doing his clothes. He wasn't even outside long before I watched this other "Karen" lady take the guy's clothes out the dryer. Instead of the worker telling the lady not to, she ignored it until the guy came in asking where his clothes were. Obviously he got upset and instead of the worker apologizing she started to tell him he was 'inconsiderate'! But I would be honest and tell you but his clothes weren't even done before I saw her take them out. I was in shock. If that was me, it would have been a whole other story. They sat there yelling at the guy. And when he left there continued talking bad about him which I think is so unprofessional when you got other customers in there. Just watching this made me never want to come back to this one ever again. I'll go across the street from now on.

I decided to bulk wash & head to the closest laundromat near me. Upon arrival I was greeted by the man ( I believe he's the owner ) but not in a friendly manner.I wanted to change my $ out into coins so I can just wash my clothes w/o any issues.The man told me he doesn't give change to people who don't have their clothes in the store . I told him I'm parked right out front & just wanted to get my change first. He shook his head & said he didn't care .I told him he is being rude & is lacking customer service. He said "thanks for the education lesson" & told me to get my clothes . I told him to cut the attitude & not tell a paying customer that he don't care .He shrugged his shoulders & I walked out. I typically wash my clothes at home but I wanted to get my stuff out the way. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT AN ESTABLISHMENT RAN BY A RUDE INDIVIDUAL. People need to remember that being kind goes a long way.

This place was a truly pleasant surprise for me to find today . Hot water heater leaking water all over my basement and afraid to run more water to do laundry . Came here and the place was exceptionally clean . The owner was enforcing masking (in a kind way) and he was super polite and helpful . You can tell there is a great culture here because even the various customers were polite to one another. Affordable and everything in good working order . I'll be back again.
