I went to return two items in their boxes with the receipt in my hand. The cashier asked for my phone number, I told her I have the receipt and she told me she couldn't give me a refund. I lost my temper and the manager came and gave me the refund. A real gentleman. The cashier is a young woman who looks like an Indian. On top of that, she laughed at me when she saw my state of frustration and of course knowing that if I had laid a finger on her I wouldn't be home now.
I will never set foot in this store again.

This store has a lady named Erica , they made the mistake of making her store manager. She just made me wait 30 mins while she checked out 7 people that were behind me and made the excuse she didn’t have cash to do my return, we’ll all 7 people used a card and then she proceeded to hand me the $85 dollars that sat in the draw before I was even up next .. great place minus the mess this lady gives people

So, if you need one or two-use power tools on the cheap, this is the place to go. Recently though, I needed grinding wheels for my drill to help refinished pation furniture (repainting). The wheels were just as good if not better than Home Depot's AND easily 40%+ cheaper too.
Easier to park, and not nearly as crowded as HD.

Dropped to 1 star. Standing waiting for the doors to open. Sigh says 8:00, people are walking around inside looking at customers waiting at the door. ..............Same week, came again at 8am and you have Harbor Freight workers standing outside waiting for the doors to open haha! What kind of operation is this?

Last Sunday I went to buy a set of Speedout extractors that I saw online promoted at 9.99 + 30% off with a coupon. I had a screenshot of the coupon. I went to the Tool Department and I asked a sales person to help me. I started to explain what I was looking for. He asked another guy to help me, by saying him:-Hey, Galo, this lady speaks Spanish! I told him, hey I am asking you in English what I need. I don’t need to be translated into Spanish! Galo came, a nice guy from Ecuador, and I explained him in English what I was looking for. He guided me to the end cap where the tool had been displayed. When I when to pay, I showed the coupon. He had trouble scanning the coupon. The lady at the other registry said, oh that coupon was hacked. They gave me 15% only.
As Marketing person, I know how hard is attracting people to the stores. Is a pity that sometimes the sales people ruin all the efforts. That was the first and last time visiting this chain store.
