Will NEVER shop here again! Asst mgr Hasmed and Beth - horrid! Don’t care for customers and sent me 10 miles north to return a defective item when company policy permitted them to honor the credit. Refused to cooperate ! Bad bad customer service.

Dont wast your time shopping in this place if you leave your card for a couple minutes, it'll disappear and I'll put everything back so they obviously don't want people browsing to buy more products, seems like they're in a rush to get out of here early as opposed to doing their jobs like too many people in the workforce nowadays go somewhere else where they treat customers correctly

Horribly slow service. 1 register open. They helped one person 13 minutes calling 3 different people to the front to help. 8 employees wandering around. No one to open another register. Or help the person while not blocking register for all.

I know a lot of interior designers who frequent HomeGoods. I love to find the unusual items at a discount too. I saw the abstract art on the right for $500 but I bought it for $130.00.
