Recently purchased my Lexus and took it in for service. There was a lot of people waiting so I was expecting it to take a while. Ended up being less than an hour! They have a well oil machine here. Staff kept me updated during the whole process. 10/10 all around

top notch sales person and JM is an outstanding business - worked with German Afanador under no pressure plus the man is very knowledgeable technically about all Lexus features even the ones from previous years. They reserved the car I was interested in, and did not sell to other other people. Very pleasant sales experience - will return.
