My name is Yan so I have a Chrysler 300 here and from the sale to after sale time has been a good experience, the Owner very diligent and helpful , got my tag on time and what I do liked the must is that he talks stray up not waste of ur time when it comes about getting a car.
His wife very attentive on the phone, they waited for me so I can see the car, eventually I need another car a bigger one and I will get it there, also they provided me a transmission and engine guaranty for 30 days when not many places offers this and this guaranty u can extend for more time if you need more time, so if you are looking not just for a car but also a good selling experience and knowing what you getting is what is been showed to you, get there and see what you like and make a deal u wont regretted, this people are good people (NOTE): this is part 2 of this previews review and today is been few weeks after this review and I added 3 more picture with things I done to my car 1st I asked God to drive it for me 2nd added new head liner and I did it my self, new 22s rims and tire, new chrome door handle and mirrors chrome covers, also painted the car m y self, added new front grill, new brakes ,new head lights,new led lights , cut off mid muffler so it sound a little dip to, I removed sides doors trims so it looks big and clean on car body so looks modern ,new side orange light bulbs, new tint on windows, new spark plugs and coils, new spare tire, painted breakers calipers, Im happy how a I turned a nice rock in a treasure , again thanks GOD for this blessing and to buy it in this dealer

I was not at all happy with my experience here, and it does not match the reviews I read online. This is much more of a typical used car lot than I initially thought, and honesty was the first lie they sold me. I don't think the vehicle I purchased was represented correctly and I don't think the remedies that were offered were well intentioned. Used car dealers have the stereotype of being slimey, and if that's what you're looking for, this place doesn't disappoint. I would really think again before handing over any money here.
Edit: To respond to the owner's comment- I was definitely a customer, and this is a legitimate review. I am not a competitor and I am not reviewing the incorrect business. Everything I stated is accurate to the experience I had. I am not looking for remedies or to clear anything up; I am just looking to share my experience.

If you are looking for an older vehicle and don't want to deal with a private party, this is the place to go. They will not try to deceive you. Steve very knowledgeable. Furthermore every vehicle comes with a foot long meat ball sub. :)

Steve, the owner was great. Very cool guy, straight shooter, and he sells quality cars. He's not trying to sell crappy cars you'll have problems with. If it does have a problem, he'll help with it. For example I bought a Lincoln MKZ that had a peeling dashboard, and he bought and delivered to me a dashboard cover. Will be visiting again for my next purchase!

About a year ago, I bought a used car from Steven at My Auto Sales in Margate, Florida, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Steven was honest, transparent, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. He made everything easy, with no pressure or hidden surprises.
