My husband had a scheduled appointment on Friday morning, but the lab here was closed. Noone contacted him that he couldn't get his labs done.

I had a very disappointing experience with LabCorp recently. It seems their poor business practices have forced them to operate out of a small space inside a Walgreens, where they rely on a single tablet to manage appointments and walk-ins. I arrived at 7 a.m. to find that they were already at full capacity for walk-ins, which is incredibly frustrating when you're in need of timely service. I ended up making an appointment for three days later, only to watch them take a walk-in ahead of me on the day of my scheduled visit.
Despite having an appointment at 8:45 a.m. and arriving early at 8:30 a.m., I wasn't seen until 10 a.m. This is an unacceptable delay and reflects a total failure in customer service and time management. I would much prefer using Quest Diagnostics, but it seems my doctor insists on LabCorp for some reason. I can't understand why, given their lack of organization and respect for their patients' time. Overall, a very poor experience that I hope not to repeat.

Forget it if you doing any sort of walk in. I waited 2 hours and I was never called. The nurse there take 4ever to do stuff on people. Some patients takes 20-30 minutes. This is crazy. I'll never go to this place again.

Same as the others. Extremely rude service by a woman named Chantel. I would NEVER return to this place for any lab services.

worst experience ever! I arrived there at 8:55 AM and waited by the door with phone in hand. Not even a place to sit. At 11:15 the girl came out and said no more walk-ins, they would re open at 12:30. I said I wasn't called and how long I'd been there and she rudely said I was called and texted and held her hand up to my face to stop me from talking. She was so disrespectful, I begged her to take me, she would not do my blood work, said she had to close out. I killed time til 12:30, after her taking in several people who had arrived after me I questioned her and she said I was not registered. I registered again and waited as she took several people before me again and at 1:15 when she called in 2 more people I told her I was done and leaving. Even the way she called people, she was rude, short and showed no personality or compassion. Disgraceful and so disappointing, I was there for a serious issue and was anxious to get theses tests ASAP!!!!

I don’t recommend this laboratory if you have children, the lady who is working now is very bad at taking veins. She pricked my son and began to move the needle inside to see if she located the vein. and then she tells me that she can't find any veins. and she tells me to go to another place where there is more than one worker.

I had an appointment last week. I waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. People who work at Walgreens said this happens often. This shouldn't happen, at all. Like how do you just not show up and not inform those who have appointments?

I didn’t make an appointment but I didn’t have to wait long and my technician was great normally I have problems to get my veins and she got them right away

I did my check in 2:20pm and waited until 3:30pm to do my blood examen and nobody called me until someone that worked at Walgreens came to me and said that they closed at 3pm.That’s a huge disrespect from LabCorp workers.Really bad experience here.

First time I've ever been asked to put a CC down for up to $150.00 in out of pocket cost. So I left. Not able to get very important blood work done

Terrible experience.
Arrived at 11:30 as walk in . She had 1 person only appointment and told us that she can’t take us and wait until lunch time. Well it’s 12:55 and still waiting for her to open the door. Lunch supposed to be 30 min and it has been an hour so in total almost 1.5 hours waiting so far. What a terrible service. Don’t go here!!!!

Location is convenient to me, I'd walk in more than 5 times and every time I'm in and out within 10 mins. I else like that every time the results are ready the next day.
