These guys are absolute thieves. I pawned a gun years ago and I apparently went a day late to get it Out and they refused to let me pay extra interest or even $100 more. It was an extremely important family heirloom to my father, and they just refused absolutely cold heartedly refused to let me have possession of my property . Now I understand it was because they knew the value of it and they wanted to kept it. To make matters worse they had the nerve to call myself and my father, and ask for additional documentation on the gun, because it was once owned by General Winder, who is a direct descendent of my fathers side of the family. I believe they sold the gun to a collector for thousands maybe 15,000. I only borrowed $500 for this gun.... Please stay far away from these people. They are nothing but coldhearted thieves. It still upsets me to this day what they did to me. Please do not let them do this to you!!! The only words I can use for these guys it's just total dirtbags!!!

Awesome shop. The largest small shop in Florida! they have a little bit of everything and the staff have loads of knowledge with no arrogance. Seems like some of the negative reviewers should probably look at themselves, these guys seem to get along with everyone. They will go out of their way to meet your needs. If you come in and give them attitude, you may not have a great experience. I wont buy anywhere else...

I bought a firearm with extra magazines from palmetto state armory. When I picked up my transfer at Lee's the box was open and there were no extra mags.Update: Lee called to ask about this situation personally. He insists that he is running an honest business and he cares about his reputation

I’m a gun and rifle nut. If you read this I will tell you a little secret. Unless you own a gun shop you will not get a better deal elsewhere. Just ask what is the price out the door. Lee is really the owner and there during the week. His employees and himself really know their stuff. The gun shows was the only other places that had more guns and rifles in just one area.

This place has such a large selection. I’m gonna say top 2 gun pawn/gun shops I’ve been to in south Florida. Very knowledgeable and friendly workers. I wish I could remember their names. I was in and out same day with a nice piece at a great price. My first thought walking in the shop was “Wow I think I’ve found my new spot.”

I stopped in last week to attempt to sell a few items - was not happy with their offer so did not sell. No harm no foul. I was also at the same time interested in purchasing a used firearm they had in stock. I spoke with a young man, who quoted me their best cash price. I told him I would have to think about it and left. I stopped back in yesterday to pickup said item and the owner (who was not there the day I initially came in) gave me a more expensive price. When I informed him that I was already quoted a lower price by another employee, he angrily told me that employee was off today and I would have to stop in the following day to confirm this price was offered. I left again and came back the following day (today) as requested - at which point the initial employee I spoke with (owners nephew) stated they would not be selling the item at the initially quoted price. They then denied ever quoting me that price all together, then they changed their story again and said they had only given me that price contingent upon me also selling my items to them so that they could make money on my items as well… I ultimately even offered to pay $20 over what I was initially quoted to buy the item today ($5 less than the price they wanted me to pay today) and the owner refused and laughed at me. I will never do business with this pawn shop over this debacle. Buyer (and seller) beware they will not stand by their word on quotes. They tend to suffer from apparent amnesia.

Wouldn't go anywhere else to borrow money on guns ( collateral). Used them for years. Totally fair and honest in every way.....from the amount you need to the fees and interest charged. Once you are in their computer as an established customer you can conduct your business, whether it is getting cash, getting your firearm back, or renewing a loan in a matter of minutes.....like insanely fast transaction. ( I spent less than 5 minutes, from start to finish and out the door. Amazing Service.
