My former insurance provider American Integrity hiked the premium for our rental in Orlando from $1700 to a whopping $3700 even though we never filed a claim. We weren’t even notified until the year is almost over and we got a shortage of funds email from our lender who picked this provider for our 3/2 house.Thank God I reached out to Tracy from the Doreen Cannon Team to give us another quote, she was able to reduce the premium drastically to a most acceptable one within 48 hours.I have learned my lesson today that I should never count on my lender to choose hazard insurance providers, they only watch for their own interests instead of yours.Again, a big shout out to Tracy!!!”
