Lions Auto Body is t he absolute best body shop that I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few! Customer Service is top shelf! The work done on my cars and many of my referrals cars have been exceptional. The owners Tamise and Thiago are always available And listen to all concerns and complaints and are there to rectify any problems that you may think that you have. Awesome customer service! Anybody that’s looking for a good body shop well, you found a great body shop in LIONS AUTO BODY.

This was by far my worst experience ever at an auto body/mechanic shop. This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Overall long story short my car is back running again after paying 900$ for installation for a new fender and a lower control arm which I’m now finding out was never installed on the vehicle. I purchased all of the parts that I was told I was in need of to get my vehicle fixed I would just have to pay for labor and the alignment. A couple of days after the vehicle was fixed i noticed my washer fluid wasn’t spraying which was mentioned when I first brought the car in I mentioned it may have been broken and if they could check that out. Turned out the pump was bad so I had to order a new pump. Was told the reservoir didn’t need to be changed but he changed it anyways. Upon taking the tire off to inspect why the tire was making a scraping noise he advised they had to push the metal back which is fine. Then he proceeds to send me a video of another part that somehow wasn’t identified the first time around that needed to get fixed. Then he proceeds to call me out after I brought up the fact that this should have been identified the first time around as an alignment was done… he then says I’m in the wrong cause I was trying to take the cheap way out on buying the parts myself and not using his expensive top of the line paint. He then says he’s not gonna do any more suspension work for me. A couple of weeks or so later I bring in my car next door to Kayno car care and was told the control arm I purchased was never changed on my vehicle I did some investigating on my purchase and the control arms I purchased on eBay came with both the left and right front control arms and they took the extra part and never even mentioned that I had an extra part. I called this morning while they were open to see if he could send me a breakdown of what I got done on my car and he said he’s too busy and would have to wait until Monday. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I hope no one else has to deal with this nightmare of a company. The owners name is Thiago and he takes everything to heart as if he’s the only one who does the work around there. I guess I will just have to buy another lower control arm for the left and right side as the part I purchased and provided is probably on some other vehicle by now…

My car was hit by road debris on the highway. Lions autobody did a phenomenal job matching the paint and removing the scuffs off the hood of my car. Customer service was terrible & costed more immediately.
Monday - I asked for a time to drop off my car & inquired as to when it'd be ready for pick up. Answer: 'drop it off Tuesday morning and we'll have it back by Wednesday.'
Tues: drop off. Confirmed it'll be ready Wed? They changed the time to Thur by 10am. The moment I agreed, he changed it to 'before 12pm.' Fine.
Wed evening -- no call/text, so under common business-to-client courtesy - nothing had changed.
Thur morning -- I called regarding car pick up and Jeff said to call back this afternoon and they'll have an update. This puts me in a pickle, because I have no mode of transportation to appointments made in advance for Thurs afternoon and Fri morning. I checked and double checked as to the time my car would be available, had not received any notice that things had changed. I mentioned this to Jeff & the rudest response came from his partner at the desk.
No understanding/no accepting responsibility for NOT notifying me. He responded, 'what do you want from me?' 'If you're appointment is that important take an Uber...I'll reimburse you for the Uber.' 'I should charge you more! You wanted me to call you to charge you more?' 'The same way you wanted me to call you is the same way you could have called me yesterday to check on your car!' (This is only a portion so you get the idea--he was NASTY).
I wasn't being confrontational but companies know, if something changes let the client know otherwise it hinders the other party's plans. My time was utterly disrespected. I have never received service from a company so aggressively wrong, dismissive, and with belligerent customer service.
To make matters worse, they scratched the inside (driver's door) of my car and tried to tell me it was like that when I brought it in. They bent the frame of my car door & I watched him try to bend it back. The Grille Cover Tail Bezel Lens is screwed in haphazardly (you can see the difference). I gave them my key fob (fully working no issues) and they returned it fully broken, saying they 'changed the battery and it's still not working' --because it isn't the battery; they damaged the fob to the point it couldn't pick up a signal. I had to call a lock smith that charged $300 for a new key fob that had signal.
Rather than the $600 job that was promised this experience has caused much stress and approximately $1000. They did offer to fix the scratches on the door but would I risk giving them my keys again? Would I risk dealing with a business that does not honor their word? Would I risk the client abuse that obviously comes from working with this business again? Now I have to find someone to fix the damage they did to my car and hopefully this (other) business operates with integrity because clearly taking the chance with Lion's Auto Body was a lesson in the lack of integrity and client respect within auto shops.
Again, they KNOW their way around car paint! They do a phenomenal job with matching the paint, HOWEVER, they also have no conscience or respect for the other parts of your vehicle. The fact that I left with damages I didn't have when I went in (scratches to my car interior, bent door frame, key fob replacement, etc.) and that his offer to reimburse me for the Uber (whether to my appointment, to get to his shop, etc.) was disingenuous?? ---I walked miles to get to their body shop before closing and they still hadn't called to share that my car was ready (I still had to be the one to call an hour or so before they closed). Being told to get into a stranger's car in this day and age, especially as a woman???

Unfortunately our car was hit by a gate due to the high winds. After some research we found Lions Auto Body and we are thankful for the professionalism. They gave us a quote and a time frame of how long it would take. We took it in a week later and it was completed less than the amount of time we were told. We were very thankful with their transparency and great pricing!
