I can't say enough about the amazing team at this UPS store! Hands down, they have the BEST teamwork in the country! ❤️ Tyler, Justin, and Kai are exceptional. I walked in just minutes before closing, and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time. However, they greeted me with smiles and were eager to help, making me feel welcomed and valued.

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years, and every single time, I’m blown away by the incredible customer service. Whoever hired this team knew exactly what they were doing—these guys are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The store runs with such care and positive energy, it’s honestly a breath of fresh air.
There have been days I’ve left thinking, I should really swing by Publix and grab them a box of donuts! That’s how much I appreciate them. In a world where good service can feel rare, this team stands out every single time. Thank you for being the highlight of so many errand days!”

“I have never had an issue with this store location on Andrew's avenue near Cypress Creek. The staff have always been courteous to me. I often wonder when people give poor ratings if they ever think that they are dealing with a real person who might be going through some bad times? Everyone in today's world expects everybody else to be perfect. Some people forget that when they're pointing a finger at someone else that they have three pointing back at themselves. I always try to find what my part was in that situation whether it's good or bad.
However, as other customers have said this location has always been clean, inviting and welcoming. Only one time did I have to purchase a box to ship my item back which was unexpected. I'm not sure if that was legit or just a sales pitch. However it was only a few bucks. Other times I walk in with a QR code, it's scanned and taken off my hands. Even when I don't have the tape to close a package or a box, the staff are always willing to do that for me. So again although it's in a busy place I have never had an issue with any of their staff. And I do return quite a bit of stuff from Amazon, Overstock in bed bath & beyond.

“Trying to find an alternative to the post office in Florida is very difficult, what company can you trust. For me I got an introduction to Ant Logistics through a friend over 5 years ago. They offer the very best in Postal Services and they treat me like I am family. They are reliable. In today’s world it is nice to find a company that appreciates your business and has that old-school mentality. Plus they will even pack your items for a fee to try to guarantee their safe transport. I see large pieces of art shipped all the time, many suitcases being shipped too! Pak Mail also has additional services: passport, faxing, print something out...and much much more!”
